My fur baby Marshmallow is prone to UTIs and blocking. After reading the reviews about Prettylitter I purchased some. About two weeks into use the color changes indicating a possible infection. I watched the litter for two days and took marshmallow to the vet on the morning of the third day. The vet confirmed he did have an infection. We would not have been able to get marshmallow to the vet before more serious infections without Prettylitter.

This litter also has the best odor control I have ecperienced.

We tried to cancel the subscription but have been unsuccessful - salesmen keep trying to change our order and refuse to cancel.
We purchased a bag of PrettyLitter in June 2017 to try it out. We didn't like the product. This brand of litter is only available through subscription/auto-debit. We remembered that we needed to cancel when the automatic charge was billed on July 31st. We then tried to cancel the subscription through our online account however, we couldn't find a way to cancel online. So we emailed customer service. We received a reply email that only told us how good the product was and that we could pause the account, but didn't mention cancelling. So we emailed back saying we ONLY wanted to cancel. Their reply was instructions on how to make a cat use PrettyLitter and a 20% discount offer, again, no mention of cancellation. We've tried three times to cancel this subscription and the company refuses to cancel and just tries to keep us as a customer.

Desired Outcome

Cancel any automatic charges after July 31, 2017 and deactivate our account.

After reviewing this case, we found that PrettyLitter did exactly what the customer asked for before this complaint was even submitted to the Revdex.com. We canceled their subscription and assured them no further orders would be processed. Our email exchange ended with the customer saying "Thank you so much! Much appreciated." So this review is a bit confusing for us, that said, we hate that this customer inconvenienced in any way by their experience trying to cancel. Any customer can cancel their account easily online through an account they manage. Their account link is emailed to them on the day they make their first order and it can also be accessed directly off our website. ***

PrettyLitter has a very high customer satisfaction survey score and we pride ourselves on making all interactions easy. Please accept our apologies for if you feel like you had a less than an easy and satisfactory interaction with us.

PrettyLitter alerted me to an illness in my cat, saving his life according to my Vet. Their customer service team is prompt and compassionate. Endless thank yous.

I was unable to login to my account. I emailed customer service to help cancel my monthly subscription. I went back and forth with customer service several times; the customer service rep did not READ my email because they sent directions to login. Had they read my email, they would have realized I already tried what they suggested. More importantly, they did not cancel the subscription as requested. They kept telling me to login, or that I had to email them back again in order to provide a reason so they could cancel. If I request for them to cancel, they should just cancel rather than having to go back and forth via email several times in an attempt to retain me as a customer - I already made up my mind.

We received your inquiry regarding your login issue and cancellation request. Our agent took your request to mean that you wanted to cancel it yourself through your account so they replied with the login and cancellation instructions for you. Either way, our agent canceled your subscription and refunded your renewal order.

We never meant to make the cancellation process a challenge for you. We make canceling a subscription is a very easy process. We have a toll-free number customers can call anytime, we have individual online accounts customers can manage on their own and we have email, which is what you used.

Your issue was resolved but we're sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. Please accept our apologies in that regard.

Attempt at cancelation fails every month, reoccurring charges continue.
I initially purchased on June 30th and there is No other option to buy the product other than signing up for monthly subscription. My cat passed *** shortly after and I called within plenty of time to cancel the next shipment. I received confirmation of the cancelation and 1 month later May 31st another charge was made to my account. I called back and they apologized and said that the only way to stop the charge and get a refund was to reject the delivery. We stopped the delivery and it was returned and never received a refund. They will not rely to my calls and its impossible to speak to anyone because they fake ring and take you to a voicemail each time anyone calls. They say they will call you back and they never do. Still no refund and again on March 31st Another charge fee was placed on my account. Called countless times with no response or call back. I'm due multiple refunds and they refuse to cancel. I've researched and found this has happened to many other people.

Desired Outcome

I want to be contacted by a manager and I want me subscription finally cancelled and all my charges refunded.

We have cancelled the subscription of the customer and refunded every single order including the first one they ever made. We have called the customer three separate times to confirm the refunds and cancellation of their subscription, and emailed them a screenshot of the cancellation. We care deeply about our customers and their experience and strive to provide exceptional customer service. While our customer satisfaction rating is very high, we apologized for any inconvenience they experienced and did an internal deep dive into where we could have improved upon the process. We appreciate the opportunity to learn how to always be better.
