I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have been contacted by First Niagra and they have promised to bring this matter to a favorable close.  However this process will take several weeks, possibly over a month longer.  I would like to keep open this case until the final results of this inquiry are complete.  As of today's date (2-29-16) I have not received written correspondence for FN.  Thank you for your assistance.
