s the late feeThis is starting to seem like two things are happeningOne being that bank is trying to profit from customers by pinning late fees on them when in fact their payment wasn't lateThe second thing that seems to be happening is the bank is trying to get back at me for sending a complaint to the Revdex.comWhich ever one of not both they should be punished for what they are doing to me their customerI am truly sick and tired of dealing with this

The bank did apologize and refund me the feeI am hoping that the issues of how they treat customers is continuously addressed along with the procedure with handling cards issued from other financial institutions like *** ***My card was not returned to me
