Review: We purchased cabinets from Premium Cabinets for a client. We were told all the cabinets were in and ready to be delivered. When we met the delivery people, it was discovered not all the components were delivered as promised. We sent them back and asked for the delivery to be re-scheduled when all the components were in. We set up delivery for the second time and this time still found some components missing. This time we accepted what was delivered with the promise that the missing cabinet would be delivered in a few days. The next time the missing cabinet was delivered it was used, damaged and missing the cabinet door. The fourth and final time the cabinet was delivered, the cabinet was still damaged, the door was still missing and the wrong trim was included.Every time we have worked with this company, there is something missing in the delivery and the promise to get us replacements or new product takes weeks to get. We are the ones that have to keep calling and checking on the item to come in They also never come prepared to fix whatever issue needs to be fixed and there is always something missing or not complete when the job is suppposed to be finished.Desired Settlement: We would like a $1,000 refund towards the cost we have incurred for time lost on the job completion, extra labor to wait for multiple deliveries and our time to find the correct trim and a replacement door.

Review: I ordered cabinets July 10 2014 - the job is still not complete. I received a cabinet door damaged, I paid for soft close on my cabinets, we are still waiting for that to be done, and I'm still waiting on a cabinet door, and the corner round to complete the job. The manager is treating me like I have done something wrong, I just want this job completed satisfactorily. I still don't have an estimated time that this job will be completed, I asked [redacted] when and have been asking for almost a year now when my materials and installation will be finished and his last text to me was - "It'll be ready when its ready". I am so frustrated I am coming to you for help. And of course I already paid for everything!!! Please help - thank youDesired Settlement: I want the job finished! I have already paid for everything - It's been almost a year what should've been done in a few weeks has turned into months and months and months.

Company states: She has received everything when she was supposed to receive. Per our contract which she signed we even went out of our way to buy her and repair for things that we normally would not have done considering we went above and beyond what was agreed upon.

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered brand new cabinets there should not have been any damage repaired. He lied when he said he delivered everything when it was suppose to be delivered. He says he went out of his way to do extra - stuff he never would have had to do if he had done it right the first time. He says he delivered everything when he was suppose to and I am still waiting on a check for the corner round that we paid for in July of 2014 that he never delivered or preferably the corner round.

Company states:Consumer ordered corner round but wanted to do custom work for it but was unwilling to pay for the custom work. We were offering this to please the consumer. At this point, we are refunding her for the corner round that she paid. We will be sending it to the Revdex.com and they will then forward it to the consumer.
