while I understand that things get scheduled I'm not exactly sure how I could not receive a simple call or text. Furthermore, if you have the so called products available why were they not delivered after your appointment or today. If I had not once again made contact it would have just went unfinished. And as far as a "1 day delay" this issue has been going on for several months so while it may seem like 1 day to you, it's been a lot longer to us.

We would like to stop by this morning. Would that be ok?

person I located a phone order placed on 5-2-2016 at 4:24 PM.All credit orders are subject to credit approval which takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.I show the order was approved and shipped today the 4th and has regular ground delivery.  That said I am not seeing any previous orders that would have been entered other than one from 12-2015 which was a mailed in order.If an order is entered and there is an issue getting authorization it would still show as entered but either shipping later or even cancelled if we couldn’t get authorization. The only thing I can come up with is with the last names being different maybe that caused an issue. If this doesn’t answer your questions please feel free to contact me and I will continue to look into this further.I can be reach by email or at [redacted] ext. 4278. [redacted]Customer Service

I checked my online account  and it does not show an account date change nor does it show a change in balance as promised in the previous notation. I provided a screen shot of my account that was taken just a few minutes ago. I would like to keep this open until such a point arises that my account reflects what was promised and I get an actual bill in the mail reflecting what was promised. Company states:Consumer ordered corner round but wanted to do custom work for it but was unwilling to pay for the custom work. We were offering this to please the consumer. At this point, we are refunding her for the corner round that she paid. We will be sending it to the Revdex.com and they will then forward it to the consumer.

because:  I ordered brand new cabinets there should not have been any damage repaired.  He lied when he said he delivered everything when it was suppose to be delivered.  He says he went out of his way to do extra - stuff he never would have had to do if he had done it right the first time.  He says he delivered everything when he was suppose to and I am still waiting on a check for the corner round that we paid for in July of 2014 that he never delivered or preferably the corner round.

After reviewing the order it shows delivered on 5-06-2016 at 1:52 PM.The tracking number is [redacted].This information was obtained by using the USPS tracking site.I mentioned in the response sent on 5-4-2016 the last name is different from the name on the complaint.Am I correct to assume the last name changed from [redacted]If that is the case this would need to be changed in our system so our records are current and up to date.This would also help when trying to authorize any future orders.I will need consent from [redacted] to make that change. [redacted]

response because: I was under the impression from messages from you that the wine rack was previously ordered and in hand, so is that wine rack no longer in your warehouse? I don't mind if you want to re-order again but I need a better time frame otherwise I would like a refund for the price that I paid on the wine rack. I don't want to wait another few months to hear back that its now no longer available.

Also, I never mailed in a order since I have been with Birchland Market..all orders have been placed online. I also don't have a tracking number for my order like I have had in the past!! Review: In March 2015, I purchased a set of cabinets from [redacted] at Premium Cabinets. After a few months of waiting for the cabinets and installation we discovered that our wine rack was missing. We spent over $7,000 and was promised that we would in fact get the wine rack that was missing but after several back and forth phone calls and text messages we were given the wrong wine rack. I contacted [redacted] and let him know that we wanted the one we originally ordered and was told he would get it to us. In September 2015 I was told the wine rack was ordered and would be there within the week. This was the last I heard of our wine rack. I contacted him again and on Oct 7th he stated that he had some personal things going on and that he was sorry he hadn't gotten back to me, that was the last I heard. I have tried emailing, calling, texting and have gotten no response. I also tried contacting [redacted] in his office and have had no response. I'm really upset by the fact that we had so many issues with delayed delivery, missing parts, lack of communication and just complete disregard for us as customers. We paid upfront and in full for our products and still have an unfinished kitchen. I would love for someone to look into this company and help us resolve the issue with our missing products.Desired Settlement: I would like the original wine wrack I purchased.
