The people involved in setting up the service call acted in a very professional manner. They responded promptly to my on-line service request and set up a convenient time for the repair.
The technician showed up at the agreed upon time and conducted himself very professionally throughout the visit. He kept me informed of his progress while troubleshooting the issue and notified me of any changes he was making to the system. When he finished his repair he recounted his troubleshooting process, the problem he identified, and the steps he took to correct the situation.

Aaron S[redacted] went way above and beyond in the repair work he did on our shower faucet leak and kitchen faucet leak. He worked VERY HARD for over 3 hours to remove a stuck Moen shower faucet cartridge and would not give up no matter what happened. He got the cartridge out and was able to install the new one and even that was difficult. Then he realized that he didn't have the correct "O" rings for the kitchen sink faucet and searched stores for over an hour until he found some that would work and returned and finished the job even though it was late and most repairmen would have gone home. Great guy, very pleasant, highly reccomended! Doesn't give up until the job is DONE! A real asset to his company.

We had two units replaced and found the entire experience to be very positive. The sales representative, [redacted], was very knowledgeable and provided honest answers. The installation, conducted by [redacted] and [redacted], went flawlessly. They showed up when promised, got right to work, and finished the installs very efficiently. They answered all of my questions, took care to protect our home, and disposed of all of the debris.
