They shouldn't all have the same certificate number! When I emailed them cuz they dont answer phone calls, they said they would send it out in five days, I got a tracking number, it said delivered but I never got itI live in an apartment , why I wouldn't have to sign for it is unclearWhy didnt it all come together, I placed my order and got it twenty days later well half of itSo much for Express!
