Revdex.com: I spoke with Mr [redacted] on Oct16, and PNC has refunded all of my monies they had taken from my account under the disingenious "maintenance fees & paper statement fees" So, the financial portion has been satisfactory The Revdex.com was helpful and I express my gratitude for your prompt response I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

I believe that PNC has satisfactorily resolved this situation from their end However, it is my recommendation that the Revdex.com investigate [redacted] and [redacted] and their conductIt is my belief that those two companies work together to steal money from their customersI am highly intelligent and recognize these attempts, and I will fight for what is right, but there are many who don't know how to proceed and never report this theftA large utility corporation stich add comed can't be allowed to think they can steal from their customers and MUST be shown that this will not be tolerated or allowed I have reviewed the response made by PNC in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for PNC, but not for [redacted] or [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I appreciate the credit for the overdraft fees, but I did respond to every letter I received regarding this matter including sending documentation that the hotel said they did not receive during my stay I also had written a thorough explanation of everything that happened and the invoice of the charges from the hotel Along with that I included an email from the manager of the hotel that was very straight forward as to why I was charged what I was, which the documents previously sent would have been sufficient to show that I indeed was to be honored the discounted rate I have attached them again here to this complaint and will attach them once again to this response as to ensure they are received Regards, [redacted] ***
