Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have paid them  $ 3545.30. There is no way possible I should still owe them anything. I have paid the original loan amount of $2200.00 plus an additional amount of $1345.30. I refuse to pay any further and would like this loan to be considered paid in full.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I never received an email from  Plain Green Loans about my complaint. When I called them and spoke with a customer service about questions regarding my account and why my interest and principal was so high, for small amount loan($1,200). After they debited $139.16 5 times totaling?695.80, my loan was now $1,215.29. I wanted to know why and got know answers to help me understand why my loan was now more? I have paid my loan in full, and before the mature date. I feel I should be refunded some of the $695.80. This company is unethical and not professional. I feel they are taking advantage of people in need and profiting unfairly. They need to be investigated. Sincerely,[redacted]

I never received a copy of the agreement and they  according to the Attorney Generals office Plain Green is not a legitimate company which I did not know. I was led on with vague  explanations and not a clear path of pay back regardless to what they may say in their response. I  am told to refer my response further to the Attorney General's Office of Credit Compliance. Plain Green has the number which they have not responded to and the attorney general's office said as well that they will not respond because they are acting on line illegally.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The email was sent on the 19th of March. I received no correspondence indicating a problem with transmission of the email. I again forwarded the same email on the 24th of March and received no correspondence with transmission of the email. Before these emails and subsequent to these particular emails, I received timely acknowledgments and/or responses therefore, I find it highly suspicious and ironic that emails revoking ACH withdrawals WERE NOT RECEIVED. It appears they were ignored so your company could violate the electronic funds transfer act. If you truly did not receive the emails, and I have proof they were sent, common sense dictates a "reputable" business would want to resolve this with the consumer however, your responses to the better businesss bureau and OFI indicate how your business is conducted especially by consistently skirting around the issue of violating my rights.
