Ms. [redacted] were reviewed and as she has stated in her complaint a ACH withdrawal was taken from her account in error and refunded to her accordingly. Additional research was required to verify for the additional check the she did not receive for her inconvenience. I has been re-requested as Ms. [redacted] should receive the check with for the inconvenience by 08/3/2016. While this is an unfortunate circumstance it does not void the contract. We believe we have made every effort to correct the situation by returning the excess funds right away and giving Ms. [redacted] additional monies. We believe her concerns have been addressed, and respectfully request at this time that this matter be closed in you offices.

I am rejecting this response because:Plain Green Loans has not adhered to Indiana state laws. Legally they cannot collect on interest of the loan because they charged over what Indiana laws allow for cap rates and they are also not licensed to do loans with residents of this state. I am once again requesting that loan be closed as paid in full since I have paid back enough to equal the amount of principle balance. Per Indiana Attorney General I have also filed complaint through them.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I just received the letter from plain green, and in it they are stating that I still owe them $1124.73 and will settle for 674.83. I have already paid 822.72 on my loan, I am not paying anymore on this, I have racked up charges from my bank for stop payment fees, had to take time off of work in order to go to the bank and deal with these unauthorized withdrawals, which puts my job in jeopardy for taking so much time off to deal with this situation.
As I stated previously, The state of NE does not allow payday loans to extend longer than 30 days and for no more than $500.00. Installment loans have a cap of 18% interest. This was a payday loan. This loan was offered to me under false pretenses and is fraud.
If I have to I will get the Nebraska Department of Banking Involved also. I am not paying back any additional monies to this company because of fraud.

Plain Green takes very seriously any complaint, including those involving credit reporting. Plain Green has a legal duty and obligation to report accurate information to credit agencies, including information that reflects the terms of and liability for accounts and reflect a consumer's performance and other conduct with respect to the account.
Plain Green, LLC is organized under the laws of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Reservation of Montana, a sovereign nation. This loan is legal under all current tribal laws and was made to you in full compliance of all applicable federal and tribal lending regulations. As a sovereign nation, the Chippewa Cree Tribe is not regulated by state law; this was fully disclosed to you in writing at the time you applied for the loan.
We believe her concerns have been addressed, and that this matter has been resolved. We respectfully request this matter be closed with your offices.

I am rejecting this response because: in my complaint I requested that my account be closed and my credit report to be updated and this was not addressed in the reply from Plain Green. I don't care about the refund. I just want my account to reflect closed and my credit report updated. Please advise how this will be handled. [redacted]
We are in receipt of [redacted] complaint. [redacted] loan was made in full compliance with all tribal and applicable federal laws and regulations. Plain Green, LLC is wholly owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation in Box Elder, Montana. Plain Green is an economic development arm of the Tribe, and as such, is subject to Tribal and applicable Federal law only. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we operate on the principle of providing clear and conspicuous, full disclosure to consumers concerning all aspects of our loan product. We invite all our customers to contact us any time they have a question or concern through our website, www.plaingreenloans.com or our customer service line at 866-420-7157.
We have also reached out to her directly via email on 4/30/2016 with a direct response to help clarify her questions and resolve this issue. We respectfully request this matter be closed with your office.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Plain Green has not contacted me to resolve this issue at this time. I have paid three times on a loan that was taken out for only $800 dollars that was paid in full, but really paid about $3000. Plain Green has no website where you can contact anyone and has not addressed my concern in regards to a customer representative. I would like this removed from my credit report at this time.

Specifically, the company did not even mention their illegal Ach withrawal subsequent to my written revocation of authorization five days prior to the withdrawal. I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of the letter, these loans are illegal in the state of Kentucky. Online lending is illegal in my state per the Attorney General's office. I do not see how a company can legally report to a credit bureau when the loan is not legal and the company knew the state I lived in because I had to provide my address. This loan should have been denied. I guess I can file a complaint with the federal government.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I must also say I have yet to revive a call from this company. I took it on myself, to place a call to this company on 6/03/16 . In which they informed my fund will be mail by check in 7 to 10 days in the amount of $164.09 plus $50.00 for any overdraft fee that may have took place. But I only receive $164.09 Direct deposit in my account on 6/9/2016 which was what was taken from my account .Thank you Revdex.com
