We have used them twice. First time was for windows and most recently was for our siding. They amazed us twice...on time, prepared, clean, professional and friendly as always. Thanks Pinnacle for reviving our home!
We would like to thank all the people at Pinnacle Energy for their outstanding service on the replacement of our roofing shingles. This was a job that you kind of dread due to the complexity and mess. The installers did the entire job in one day and when they finished the yard was spotless. The quality of their work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Energy to my family, friends, and neighbors.
My wife and I were approached in our neighborhood by Pinnacle energy for a free estimate. We scheduled the appointment with [redacted] sales rep and estimator he was very knowledgeable about the window and positive capability in comparison to the competitors. The downfall to the organization is the shotgun approach when it comes to agreeing to the installation. You are not provided an itemized breakout of the cost per window and fee for installation. Also you are not walked through the installation process so you are no aware of exactly what the process entails. You are told everything will completed in 1 day and you get a rate which they state is a discounted rate. Since I am military they stated they are military friendly organization so they would provide an additional discount. After signing the contract I started realizing I signed a contract without any of the key cost attributes to ensure I had better understanding on what I was paying for; now I am locked into a contract.
Workers arrived on time, and as promised the job was completed in one day. Now there's no more drafts in my living room and sun room.
Review: Pinnacle installed windows in our home for the previous homeowner. Pinnacle claims to have a lifetime warranty on their windows - manufacturer warranty on windows and Pinnacle warranty for labor. Our windows are fogging up and a number of seals are broken. We have been trying to get in touch with Pinnacle for weeks inquiring about the warranty and our windows, but no one responds to our calls. When we called to follow up, the only response we received was from a receptionist saying the warranty isn't valid for us, with no further explanation. We asked to have someone call us back with more details and never heard back. Yesterday we left a message for the owner of the company and expressed our dissatisfaction with the customer service and still never heard back! In total, we have made at least 6 phone calls to the company without response.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to call us back and we would like our windows repaired by Pinnacle, according to their lifetime guarantee that they talk about in depth during their 3 hour sales pitch to potential customers.

Review: Pinnacle replaced my roof but did not do it correctly. There was a gap on the edge which allowed water to seep into my walls. After months of complaining, they finally came out and fixed the roof but has yet to do anything about the damages done to the walls of my house.Desired Settlement: Fix my walls and compensate me for my troubles.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The company did attempt to fix the issue but barely dit the minimum. They did the spackle but no paint. I refuse to keep up with the hassle of dealing with this company . I will never again use pinnacle for any reason, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
Review: I had a new roof installed 12/14. On March 13, 2015 some shingles came off and are laying in a valley. the are shingles which are on top of a ridge. I called 5 or 6 times, the first time on 3/16/2015. Each time I am told that I will be put into the system, but no one calls. I called back several more times and I get the same story.Desired Settlement: I want the roof repaired.
