Pinnacle Energy Reviews (87)

Pinnacle Energy was very informative and professional. Installation for almost a dozen windows only took a few hours and was done the same day. Ask for Eric as your sales rep, and tell him Farid sent you :)

We really were happy with how quickly Pinnacle Energy was able to order and install our new roof. We were not happy with the fact that they messed up our siding after installation. The siding ending up with gaps and was sticking out. It happened to be the side of the house that our bedroom was on. At night time we could hear some kind of rodent crawling up and down. We called Pinnacle FIVE times and not once was our calls returned. It took us to threaten to write a bad review for someone to call us and come out to take pictures. We were promised the siding would be fixed the following week. It has now been 3 weeks since then and over 6 weeks since the roof was installed. The siding was pointed out to the roofing people during our walk through of the finished work. We were assured that it would be fixed right away. Mr. [redacted] finally just got on the roof and fixed it himself. Would not recommend you to anyone.

We were satisfied with the service provided as well as our siding and sliding door. Also very satisfied with the lifetime warranty that was included with the whole package.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
yes, pinnacle had someone come out and measure our windows. The man said windows were under warranty (people are saying different things). He said they would need 15 minutes each window to replace. 10 windows were measured. That was 3 weeks ago and we haven't heard anything else. If they are not covering the windows under warranty, we haven't received any price or any contact from them. We know that getting prices should not take this long.
Regards,

We are extremely happy with the installation of our roof from Pinnical energy. We met with multiple companies to get estimates and talk about options. Pinnical energy was the most responsive and professional in getting back to us during our fact-finding phase. Highly recommend them for your new roof.

My wife and I were approached in our neighborhood by Pinnacle energy for a free estimate. We scheduled the appointment with [redacted] sales rep and estimator he was very knowledgeable about the window and positive capability in comparison to the competitors. The downfall to the organization is the shotgun approach when it comes to agreeing to the installation. You are not provided an itemized breakout of the cost per window and fee for installation. Also you are not walked through the installation process so you are no aware of exactly what the process entails. You are told everything will completed in 1 day and you get a rate which they state is a discounted rate. Since I am military they stated they are military friendly organization so they would provide an additional discount. After signing the contract I started realizing I signed a contract without any of the key cost attributes to ensure I had better understanding on what I was paying for; now I am locked into a contract.

Pinnacle Energy installed our new roof and windows. We are very pleased and would recommend. Our representative was Eric, he was great and the price was very reasonable! I will be using Pinnacle again to replace the bow window in the future.

Professional from the beginning to the end. The installer did an awesome job on the installation of the siding.

The windows look great and the work was done well and quickly.

First let me say that I had used Pinnacle for roofing before and was happy. I used them this time for siding and was not. I received a call from Pinnacle telling me that they would start work Wednesday morning and the crew would arrive between 7 and 8. I took off from work to be here when they started as there were some things I wanted to be sure of. I got a call Tuesday night that the crew would arrive at noon on Wednesday. I got a call around 2Pm on Wednesday that they weren't coming. So much for my day off. I requested a Friday start since I would be away from on Thursday. Pinnacle said that was no good for THEM. I foolishly, in retrospect, allowed them to start Thursday. When I returned home Thursday I found my entire house stripped of siding, which I had been assured would not happen (one of the reasons I wanted to be there for the start of the project). It rained Friday while most of my home was still exposed. Talked to the supervisor and he said it was okay because the Tyvek was waterproof. May be, but there are seams and edges where the tyvek did not cover and I expressed this to him. He agreed and fortunately the rain was short lived. At the end of Friday the crew wrapped up and said they would back tomorrow and finish around 12 or 1. I called Pinnacle on Saturday at 1 PM as the crew had not arrived nor had I been contacted. I got a call back from the supervisor that the crew had truck problems and everybody "thought" that someone else had contacted me. As far as I saw, there were only two parties - the crew who probably didn't have my phone number and the supervisor that they reported to so I don't know who "everybody" was that was supposed to contact me. Rain was predicted for Monday and my house was still exposed. I expressed this concern to the supervisor and again he told me the Tyvek story. I did not appreciate getting treated like a nitwit a second time by this supervisor and told him as much. He said he would send a crew out immediately to make sure that my house was in fact sealed. He called back in a while to tell me that the crew for be there tomorrow (Easter Sunday) to finish the job. The installation was acceptable but the crew broke lights along my sidewalk with careless stripping of the original siding. They broke some of my screens by prying them open from the outside (like a burglar) to apply caulk. I was home and would have gladly opened the screens for them. The dumpster remained in front of my house until Tuesday. I expressed my displeasure to my salesman and told me that he would speak to his boss and the owner and get me remuneration for my troubles. Haven't heard from him since. I have some other properties that are due for maintenance and I can assure you that Pinnacle will not be doing the work.

We had our siding replaced on our home. The crew not only did an excellent job on the installation, but they cleaned up every bit of scrap and took it away with them. Our driveway, walkways and sidewalks were even swept clean. We have been getting numerous compliments from our neighbors on how it looks. I can finally rest easy knowing I'm protected. Thanks Pinnacle Energy!

We are beyond pleased with our new roof. Pinnacle Energy is the first Roof company we have dealt with, and they have exceeded our expectations with flying colors!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for a job well done on my roof. When I purchased this house, the roof was on it's way to complete deterioration. I knew I needed it replaced and it was done at the right time. I have nothing but appreciations for your honesty and professionalism. My roof looks amazing and I'm getting so many compliments form my family and neighbors.

We chose Pinnacle to provide us their roofing services. I would not recommend them to another homeowner. The foreman and his crew were great, I believe they have hearts of gold, however we couldn't get things communicated well enough for the correct installation method I requested.

The siding was properly installed but ABSOLUTELY NO maintenance was done. plastic debris and metal nails were strewn throughout my front and backyard. I have dogs so that was a big no-no for me. I informed the project manager and he only offered to reprimand the installers. The material is premium grade but the attitude toward the work was sub-par.

Pinnacle Energy replaced our siding and gutters. The house looks great! The workers were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up. The work was done in a timely manner and completed as ordered.

This was already handled a while ago. Cordially,[redacted]

Wouldn't recommend at all. Quick and dirty job on my roof

We were very happy with the installation of all of our Windows. Everyone worked very hard that day.

Very pleased, work was done professionally. The seal has broken on a few of the Windows since installation and the company has replaced the Windows no questions.
