The company did attempt to fix the issue but barely dit the minimumThey did the spackle but no paint I refuse to keep up with the hassle of dealing with this company I will never again use pinnacle for any reason, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone

Pinnacle Energy called and left a message on my phone on Thursday 6/23/16, I missed the call and called them back on Saturday 6/25/16, when I actually saw the voicemail, and requested that they call me back on Monday when they get my messageOn 6//at 2:p.mI called Pinnacle Energy again at the number that was left on my voicemail and spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone saying that he would leave a message for them to call me back againIt is now 10:a.mon 6/29/and no phone call back yet from Pinnacle Energy, still no resolution

We purchased new siding from Pinnacle Energy and we are very satisfied with their productThey were quick and efficient with the install and we appreciate the quality of their workWe love the way our house looks and would recommend Pinnacle energy to anybody

Simply horribleThe most rude, disrespectful and ignorant salesperson was perusing my neighborhood & knocking on doors after 8:pmWhen he knocked on mine I asked who and what he was doing, he got belligerentI asked him for his permit/papers and he mumbled something under his breath about not needing anyThen he tried to slink awayI explained that our neighborhood has a no soliciting policy and that he had to leaveThen he got rude and ied saying one thing and denied he was soliciting at all
As he got to my neighbors yard he asked rhetorically "What are you gonna do, call the police? I answered yes and called the policeThings escalated with him saying "I don't give a ***" then calling me a ***, a loser, *** and ***I have it all on tape tooHe certainly wasn't the brightest bulb
The interaction culminated with him threatening me by saying "I know where you live." as he drove away in his car with the DE license plate of ***Oh, and he said his name was Mike
I don't know anything about this company, but if they employ people like "Mike" I'd stay far far away if I were youI noticed that the reviews on their facebook page are awful as wellThree of the "Star" ratings are from their own employeesThe rest are almost all 1's and 2's

We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and installationThe crew arrived as scheduled and worked neatly and diligently to complete the installation of windows plus a sliding door all in one dayThe crew worked very efficiently and the quality and cleanliness of the installation was impressiveThe team prepared each area before installation and cleaned up exceptionally afterwardAll the old windows were removed and hauled away with all the junk, leaving minimal clean up inside for usHighly recommend
