Good morning I am writing regarding a listing on my credit report by this company I have received no communication (by telephone or mail) from Credit Management LP However, there is now a collection account listing on my credit report from this company in the amount of $for account number 5955XXXX I was not given an opportunity to dispute the validity of this collection account within days of first contact, as provided by the FCRA, because I never received any notification of the existence of the account with Credit Management LP Therefore, I would ask that Credit Management LP delete this account from my credit reports and cease reporting of this invalid debt to any credit reporting agencies
I have contacted the original creditor (Comcast) regarding the existence of this account, since this is the second time it has appeared on my credit report It was removed by the first collection agency because they determined it to be an error on

This company incorrectly listed a collection on my experian credit report
On Nov.1, I noticed a collection had been added to my experian credit report Augfrom CREDIT MANAGEMENT, LP which stated I owed a debt in the ammount of $The original creditor for this debt was stated as CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS - CS GLI called CREDIT MANAGEMENT, LP on Nov.2, to find out why they put this on my cedit reportI was told by their agent and the agent's supervisor that they could not give me any information about this debt because non of the identifying information I gave them matched anything in their recordsYet they do have an instance of the debt under a simular nameThe agent stated repeatedly that this may be and instance of identiy theft or an error on their partI was told to contact the credit bureau myself, dispute the debt and have it removedExperian only updated the info but did not remove the collection from my report
