I was a victim of Identity Theft many years ago and never opened a Time Warner Account
I have never opened an account with Time Warner and I don't recognize the address this account was established
In March I filed a police report for Identity theft and this collection was removed from my credit reports, but this year that collection came back again on my credit report
Back in March I requested from Time Warner proof for opening this account and never received any

On 1/25/I called Credit Management LP and spoke with Dianna at ext (in the afternoon) regarding an old collection from Cellular One (An undisclosed early termination fee was charged by Cell One when I switched cell carriers) During my conversation with Dianna, I asked her several times if she would request the credit bureau's "delete this collection" from my reports if I paid in full She replied that yes, she would request the "deletion of the paid account"

I contacted this company in regards to verifying a debt, upon speaking with the young lady she states that all they have on file is a name and an address but no social security number or any other identifying informationSince you are unable to verify that the debt is mine please remove yourself from all three of my credit reports

This is a scam company!!! The company contacted me about an amount owed to Comcast I notified them that I dispute the amount and they stated they would verify it They have never verified it or sent me any documentation of their investigation However as of 4/20/16, they have placed this account on my credit report with the comments that customer disputes after resolutionI also asked the company to cease and desist as well and by placing this on my credit report they are continuing on with collection activity As a licensed Texas attorney, they are violating Federal and Texas collection laws I want this issue resolved immediately since they did not do their due diligence and have not sent any "proof" of this being resolved
