Erroneous credit reporting even after I brought it to attention that there is no balance due
When Credit Management LP contacted me about $balance on Time Warner Internet account, I immediately brought it to their attention that this was an errorPayment dues were paid off with Time Warner in and account shouldn't have sent to collection to begin withWhen I pointed this out with Credit Management LP, representative assured me that this will not be reported to Credit BureausThat assurance helped me to calm down and move with my life
Two years later, I see all three credit bureaus are showing collection with balance of $A question that comes to my mind - why? When I called Credit Management LP, I was told that it is Time Warner who made an errorAnd Time Warner says it is Credit Management LP who shouldn't have reported it to Credit Bureaus when payment was already made with Time WarnerWhy you punish folks who do the right things because of your internal system

I paid my debt, they took my money out of my account, still shows I owe them the same amountWebsite won't load & don't answer phones
I don't have my reference number and their website will not allow me put my personal info in to see my InfoWhen I called nobody would answerI was able to pay online finally after a while but it still shows on my credit check that still owe them and that I haven't made a single payment when I actually paid them in fullI just want them to mark me as paidThis needs to be resolved so I can build me credit

PAID OFF BEFORE COLLECTIONS
I have paid the balance before this gone to collection agency, I've called to dispute this and no one was able to assist meThey keep sending me back to Time Warner, I have a document stated my bills were paid off from Time Warner as of July and have them remove from my credit reportingI would like this resolved asap and reflect better credit reportingThis impacted my credit score

I contacted Credit Management, LP regarding an identity theft issue with what is now Charter Communications I was assured that the debt would be identified as fraudulent and that the credit rating agency listing the collection would be notified Verbal assurances were made that the process would take about two weeks I am happy to share that the collection was removed from my credit history as promised Kudos, to Credit Management

Credit Management never contacted me nor sent a notice of the fraudulent account, which is a clear violation of FDCPA (unfortunately, violations of FDCPA caps at $1000] In addition, Credit Management engaged in libel (a separate tortious act) as well as inflicting intentional emotional distress (a separate tortious act) Collection agencies utilize Credit Rating services as a way to place leverage on debtors to make payment I, however,am not a debtor but a victim Thus, I was victimized a second time by Credit Management, who appears to have taken no steps to contact me either by phone or USPSNo due diligence taken equals gross negligence and capricious acts meant to cause harm
I have attempted to contact Chris M***, VP Compliance and General Counsel, but as yet, have not received a return call

I have received a letter from this company alleging an amount owed by my father, Colonel *** ** ***, USAF ret., to Comcast It does not include an unpaid bill or indicate the date or address of the supposed unpaid charge It also does not indicate where the supposed charge took placeWe have NEVER had Comcast where we are living in Loxahatchee, even though the letter is addressed there
My parents probably had Comcast many years ago where they used to live, but replaced that with Directv sometime in I took over paying all of my parent's bills at that time and have NEVER received any bill from Comcast about any past due amount until receiving this collection letter dated 6/20/ I don't believe a legitimate company would really wait years before trying to collect on a small amount without sending a single bill or past due notice, or request for any payment beforehand That in itself should be against the law
