Do no purchase a Willow Curve from Physician's Technology if you think you may want to return it for a full refund Physician's Technology received my Willow Curve on March 28, However, today is May 23, 2017, and I have still not received my refund I have made numerous phone calls and left many messages to Physician's Technology, but none have been returned I was able to talk to Mr.*** *** about my return He told me they had an employee who was in the hospital so they were behind in their refunds Mr*** asked me for two more weeks and that he would be in contact with me It's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for Mr*** call and/or my refund I have called Mr*** twice since then and left messages, but have not received a return call The communication with Physician's Technology is next to impossible unless you want to purchase a device Beware of this company!
