Have not received my refund It's been almost months since they received my unit
I bought the Willow Curve more than months ago, used it for days, but it did not help my problemSo I contacted Physicians Technology for instructions how to return it to them Deidre S***, Client Specialist, emailed me on August 15, telling me to send it back and write *** on the outside of box, which I did After not hearing from them or receiving my refund after almost months, I called them up I talked to a representative who confirmed that they did receive the Willow Curve on August 22nd and that I should talk to the Billing Dept, and she transferred me to them No one answered, so I left my name and number No one has returned my call I then called Sales Deptback and left my number there because no one answered No one has returned my callI also emailed Deidre S*** twice, complaining about the issue and she has not emailed me back

I sent back a device to this company exactly how they asked me to in order to get a refund they confirmed receipt, cannot get refund
we ordered a willow curve device from this company on 12-16- we had it less than days (their trial period) and sent it back with a return receipt request we received comfirmation of receipt we did get them to answer the phone once where someone said they did receive it (and they sent us an email confirmation) and said they were processing the payment Now, we cannot get them to answer their phone, or even to respond by email Please help us to get our money back,

I purchased a Willow Curve from this company I saw it advertised online and thought it might be a good product for relief of a shoulder pain I had been experiencing for several months As the folks at Physicians Technology Incmaker of the Willow Curve advertise, if you use the product faithfully for months and decide it really was not helping your issue then just return it and a complete refund will be sent as long as you do it within the time frame on their advertisement I did that, sending the Willow Curve back to them by UPS in their own provided box After probably emails and countless phone calls, all unanswered, I still have not received any credit back on the credit card I purchased the product on Only once have I been able to reach a live person on their provided phone number and she gave me an extension to call that deals with the credit department Not once have they answered by messages left on their recorder or my emails sent to the address they provide Th

I have lost all of my correspondence except the order date of 5/19/ I did receive the unit and used for the period they required and I did not see any improvement in my knees I returned the unit in as good of condition as it was when I received it I returned it and they acknowledged the return in like new condition and I haven't been able to communicate with them since I guess I returned the unit in the month of septor oct what ever the required trial period was

and this last time told me a tech would examine the item and be sure it is working When I called on 4-4-they said that again I told them they told me a tech would start working on it immediately and would send it out right away as soon as they got the last one back Now they have to have a tech look at it again I cannot believe these people!

I am registering a complaint against the above referenced firm (hereafter identified as Willow) for selling .a "medical device" (known as the Willow Curve) to the general public using what I consider to be fraudulent tacticsAs a matter of record, I am also registering a complaint with the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) about the above firm advertising knowingly and/or limiting information regarding the medical attributes of their deviceThis issue is a technical issue and not a business issue
