I hired Phil Beaulieu & Sons to install vinyl siding on my house. The experience was very positive from start to finish. The office staff was a delight to work with, the installer (Dan) did an outstanding job and kept me informed on what he was doing and made some excellent suggestions about things during the job. I would highly recommend them and will consider them first for any additional work in the future.
I am very happy with my new Harvey windows installed by Phil Beaulieu and Sons. Both installers (named Cam and Cam) did an excellent and thorough job to assure a tight seal both inside and outside. They were very professional and neat.
Phil Beaulie and Sons replaced my concrete steps and installed railings. I will definitely refer friends and family to them. I am very happy with the outcome. The crew was hard working, pleasant and professional. All the work was completed to the specifications and cost of the estimate . The workers left my yard just as they found it. Everything was picked up and put in back in place.
My experience from the time I had my estimate done by Fran one of the owners, everything went great I asked for a bathroom vent to be installed and eric and his crew did a great job ! it took the crew a day and a half and everything was cleaned out ! job is completed to my satisfaction thank you for a job well done ! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs any work done on property that is need of repair.
The staff at Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement did a great installing our new front door. From the office staff to their installers, everyone was friendly, professional and very knowledge. It was a pleasant experience and will be using their services again!
We recently had new windows installed in our entire upstairs. The company was prompt efficient and concerned about our satisfaction every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installers. Phil Beaulieu & Sons is definitely a company we would be happy to do business with again.
Oh, and these quality windows with installation were much less expensive than either Home Depot or Window World. The upstairs is noticeably warmer than it's ever been. We hadn't realized how much heat we were losing out the upstairs until we had these great windows installed. We've got our fingers crossed that they will hold up over time.
They did the work as we expected or better.
They kept us informed as to when they would do the work and they were on time
I had repair work on my father's roof done and I am very satisfied at the quality work that was done by the roofers. The color was off but the roofers came back and fixed the problem. They did a professional job and clean up the area. I am very please at what whey did. I would highly recommend PBHI for roofing work and any home improvement as I had work done on my house about two years ago having install new windows, doors, deck, siding and roof. They were very professional and clean up very day they were their.
I would call Phil Beaulieu & Sons to do any home improvement in the future. I had a positive experience with this company.
Phil Beaulieu and Sons installed new sliding doors for us. They were wonderful throughout the whole process. The installers were particularly professional and friendly....they cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed the area, and did the new moldings.....We would definitely go back to them if we needed additional services in
the future. I would surely recommend them!
We had Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement replace all our windows, siding, and doors. It was s huge project and we are so impressed with the results. They were professional throughout the whole process and we were impressed that they not only did a great job with the work but also helped us to shape our home with suggestions and recommendations that we are so glad we listened to. About a month has passed since the home was worked on and we are still having neighbors comment on how wonderful it looks. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement.
Phil Beaulieu & Sons is the most dishonest, disrespectful company I have ever dealt with in my 80plus years. They put on a roof in late 2012. It leaked with the next snbowstorm. Frank Beaulieu said it was my attic fan and that it had to be removed. (Why, I asked wasn't it removed when the roof was put on?) The charged me $1,595 to remove the fan and repair the roof again. It was NOT the fan because my house leaked again. He said: Everyone makes mistakes. It is 9/17 and my house is still leaking.
I had tole him my skylights were 24 years old and asked if they needed replacing. He said they were fine. One skylight imploded six months ago.
Fran wrote on our contract: "Roof guaranteed against leaks for the life of the owner." He deceived my husband who was quite sick at the time (and has since passed away). When I showed him that guarantee on the contract, he said: That is NOT on our office copy.
If this doesn't telll you how deceitful they are, then nothing will convince you.
I am so sorry I crossed paths with them. I still have a leaking roof (9/17).
The people who say they are a good company are probably relatives (too bad) of the Beaulieus.
If you want more information, I would be happy to show you all of my records.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUO.
Recently we had a new bow window installed in our house. Two fellows from Beaulieu did the work and did a lovely jobthey were promptcleaned up after the workspent endless hourswere meticulious in their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have new windows, etc installed. You won't be disappointed
I AM VERY PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. FROM THE SALES PRESENTATION TO THE CLEANUP, JOHN'S "CREW" WAS OUT STANDING. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AT BOTH ENDSS OF THE CLOCK, COURTEOUS AND THOUROUGH,
The staff at Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement did a great installing our new front door. From the office staff to their installers, everyone was friendly, professional and very knowledge. It was a pleasant experience and will be using their services again!

Avoid using this company! My small (5 double-hungs, 2 picture) window replacement project took 6 weeks longer to complete than promised, due to incorrect measurements taken by company owner. Workers left a MESS of nails, flashing, wood splinters and debris on my lawn & property. My newly installed Harvey MaxView windows get frost on the INSIDE whenever the weather gets cold.
To sum up my experience with Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement: They took longer than promised to complete the job, they did NOT properly clean up the debris left from removing my old windows, and they sold me CHEAP, FLIMSY replacement windows that are not energy efficient. I will never use this company again, and neither should you.
The roofers were to be @ my home but weren't. Called [redacted] who yelled at me for asking for promised copy of contract...then refused to do job.On 10-14-13, at my home, I signed a contract with [redacted] for a new roof to be installed before T-giving for the sum of $9000.00. He said that he'd make a copy of the amended, signed contract & send it to me the next day. I did not get it. I sent emails on Oct. 16 & 29 requesting the copy. I was called by [redacted]. and told she would send it. I asked on 10/22 when I went to pick tile color and twice mor via phone. I never got it! On 11/12, I called to ask about date of install. Date of 11/21/13 - 7:30- 8:00 am agreeable to all. At 7:30 a LARGE truck was in my driveway blocking my car. After 20 min.,I stopped getting ready for work, threw something on,went out to trucker to ask him to move to the other side of driveway, so it didn't block my car. He asked when the roofers were due & said he didn't know where they wanted the shingles, etc. I told him he could put them anywhere but behind my car. By 8:10, I had to go to work. A little after 8:30 I called [redacted] and told him about the delivery and that [redacted] & crew hadn't arrived. I then asked if I could please get the copy of the contract. From nowhere,he blasted me w/a furious tirade!!! He told me that I HAD a copy of the contract,"I don't know what you want! I don't feel like doing your job & I'm going to pull it! How's that?!" I couldn't believe it! I'd done business w/ his father about 10 years ago & I couldn,t have been happier! Here are Emails I sent requesting contract. Date: Wed, 16 Oct 2013 15:29:34 I would like a copy of the Warrantee that is provided for installed CertainTeed roofing. OnMonday, [redacted] said that you would send me a copy of the contract (Tuesday) "tomorrow." [redacted], did he remember to tell you? Thank you for you help....[redacted]Date: Tue, 29 Oct 2013 18:54:48 When [redacted] was here several weeks ago, he told me that you could make a copy of the signed contract and send it. He said I should have it in 2 days. I still don't have it. Saturday I left [redacted] a voice mail asking him to call me Monday (yesterday) regarding the choice I made and scheduling. I have heard nothing. If this is a preview, I am less than delighted.Thankyou,[redacted] CONTRACT By the Massachusetts Law you [redacted] XXXXX Contract by Registered Letter PROPOSAL SUBMITTED TO[redacted] PHONE(XXX) XXX-XXXXDATE: May 6, 2013 STREET[redacted] XXXXX [redacted] We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:Roof -Strip all layers of roofing on the house, breezeway and garage Remove and dispose of all debris -Furnish and install synthetic underlayment -Furnish and install 6' ice and water barrier at all eaves, valleys and all roof penetrations -Install new aluminum drip and rake edge -Furnish and install new Architectural CertainTeed Landmark roofing oAdditional charge for Premium Woodscape -Furnish and install low profile cap over ridge vent -Replace stack pipe collars -Install new step flashing and wall flashing where needed.Note: Should plywood need to be replaced with 1/2" CDX plywood, additional cost ($50.00) per sheet not included in priceCricket Construct a new cricket on the back side of the new addition -Remove and dispose of all debris We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with the above specification, for the sum of: Ten thousand four hundred and zero cents Dollars ($10,400.00)At my home on October 14, 2013, he changed the price to $9200.00 or $9000.00 if I paid cash. Cash or check, it didn't matter to me.I withdrew the money yesterday to have on hand to uphold my end of the deal. Desired SettlementI want the copy of the signed contract from Oct. 14, 2013.I want a face to face apology.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] VPContact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@charter.netTo whom it may concern,I did enter into a contract to do the customers roof for $9,000. I don't remember a time frame of Thanksgiving being given to me to complete the work but I do remember the conversation to do the roof before it gets to cold. The customer may have wanted the project completed prior to Thanksgiving but that was never put in writing. The relationship between the customer and my office was volatile from the beginning. I had been to the customers house a couple times to review the project. I also had a conversation on the phone all of these conversations were very repetitive and concerned me about the ability to satisfy the customer. I had written several in house notes on the official contract and wanted to remake the proposal before I gave one back to the customer. I was planning on handing one to the customer when we were at the customers house. As stated in the complaint the customer called the office the day we were starting the project. She was concerned that my employees hadn't arrived yet and the roofing delivery driver was waiting for direction. This is where I unequivocally deny the complainants accusation that I yelled at her on the phone!! We run a professional office and business. I have several witnesses to the fact that I was short, cold and annoyed with the conversation I was having with the customer. I never yelled but I was blunt. The conversation that morning lead me to believe that doing this project was going to not end well. I made that decision based on experience. As much as I didn't want to upset the customer I didn't want to have any trouble. That's when I told the customer that I didn't want to do the project. My brother who's my partner called and spoke to the complainant and apologized to her. During the conversation my brother asked the customer if she still wanted to do her roof and that we would consider doing it. She said she would get back to us. That's where we stand today. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I asked for an apology and a copy of the original contract. I do have the original contract. However, [redacted]'s reply has added insult to injury.I got a sincere apology by phone from [redacted]was even-tempered and professional. Regarding his brother's conduct, [redacted]commented that his [redacted] "can have a quick temper." [redacted]added that he was in an adjoining office and could not understand exactly what was being said, but that that he did not hear [redacted] yell at me on the phone the day [redacted] stopped the job when it was scheduled to begin. I previously sent the Revdex.com a copy the details on which [redacted]and I had agreed during that conversation. That was written in an email and in a contract sent to me by [redacted]for work to be done in the spring. I was going to sign and return the contract today, then I read [redacted]'s response. It is good and respectful that [redacted]called and apologized to me, but he never did anything to offend me.I would like a written apology from [redacted]. Everyone messes-up and makes mistakes including Mr. [redacted]. What he wrote to you, forwarded to me, is a collection childish excuses and justifications for his bad behavior.A man and company [redacted] should possess the integrity and the ability to apologize for his misdeeds including rude, unprofessional behavior. That's it. Then I can put my association with him behind me and go forth with [redacted] B. wrote you:1) "I had been to the customers house a couple times to review the project."[redacted] initially came to my home to give me an estimate for a new roof on May 6, 2013. Five months later, on October 3rd I left a message that I a question regarding the install. My call was never returned nor did I call his office again. Eleven days later, on October 14th he came to my home UNANNOUNCED while I was busy painting the foyer. I was surprised that he was there because I thought he would return my phone call with a return phone call. I set aside what I was doing and greeted him cordially. He answered the two questions I had. I signed the May 6th contract that he had with him after the price was lowered to $9000.00. 2) "I had written several in house notes on the official contract and wanted to remake the proposal before I gave one back to the customer"[redacted] told me on October 14th that he would have a copy made and sent to me the next day. I never received the contract to which there were TWO additional notes. One was a "cricket" that he agreed on May 6th to install as part of the work agreement, but neglected to put on the contract; the only other was the change in price. I am certain of this because last week I was sent a copy of that contract[redacted] finds this behavior "volatile from the beginning." I am absolutely perplexed and offended by this man!3) "I also had a conversation on the phone all of these conversations were very repetitive and concerned me about the ability to satisfy the customer."Conversations were repetitive in that I asked for the promised contract each time we spoke. In my original complaint I gave a full accounting of my totally DISREGARDED efforts to get the promised signed contract, up to and including the day the work was to begin. Only two phone calls were with [redacted]. The second of these was when I called about the no call, no show on the morning of the job. That ended with him hanging up on me. His comments seem to suggest that anyone who expects to have a written contract before work begins is a customer who can't be satisfied. I assert that anyone that is spending $9000.00 to have a job done on his/her home sans a contract is either completely obtuse or totally insane. I am neither.4"...I didn't want to upset the customer I didn't want...any trouble."It has been pointed out to me that I misspoke when I said that [redacted] yelled at me on the phone when I called him to inform him no workers arrived for the job and I need a contract. It just seemed like yelling when I had to pull the phone from my ear. In more accurate terms, he told me off with a rude, arrogant, patronizing diatribe that ended with; I'm going to pull the job! How do you like that? I'm going to call the guys right now and tell them not to go to your house! This was the only situation that was volatile and the hot-temper was not mime!I am a School Nurse. I would be fired on the spot and rightfully so, if I ever spoke to anyone like [redacted] spoke to me, no matter what the circumstance.Again, I sincerely hope to go forward with [redacted]and employee, [redacted]. But first, it time that Mr. [redacted] to do what is right and simply apologizeThank you, [redacted]Final Business Response I'd like to sincerely apologize. I hope we can move forward with the project for you.

We had this company install vinyl siding and 2 new inside and storm doors in our house.
Once the project was started, they were here all day, every weekday ,until the job was finished.
The workers were here from before 8 AM to after 5PM each day.
While here, they worked their butt off all day.......... unlike other contractors that we have seen that show up for a few hours then leave to go to another job and then come back some other time and work for a few hours and repeat this behavior until the project gets done, which really delays the completion of the project. This company was always communicating with us as the work was being done.
The finished job was excellent and we are very happy with their work and recommend them highly.
got my roof done looks great the guys were real nice.very clean and are the roof experts,I really love the rubber roof.let it rain.I realy would call them again, thank again.
