Upromise ran a promotion during the summer of where they would provide an extra 4% cash back on purchases made with their credit card I used that credit card to purchase a new refrigerator The purchase was made on July 5th during this certain promotion Their policy is the money should post between to weeks At that time I contacted Upromise and was told that they would look into the issue One the meantime I've emailed them times All responses are them telling me they are still working on it I've provided all info they have requested I've also received phone calls from them telling me that I would receive my money within days The last email I sent was on 2/5/

I have MULTIPLE online hotel stays, that I specifically booked through the Upromise website, in order to earn cash back in my Upromise account The funds rarely post automatically (like they are supposed to), so I always have to email Upromise to get them to look into the issues and post my funds manually This has been going on for years I currently have hotel stays that were booked through Upromise, that I have not received the funds in my Upromise account I have sent emails to the Upromise Customer Care center for all of these (individual emails sent for each hotel stay) Instead of issuing me the funds, Upromise keeps sending me generic email responses that say they are sorry, "it is taking longer than expected" to resolve the issue with the merchant All of my unfunded hotel stays are from either February or March, so it has now been to months and between to days since those hotel stays I still have not received funds in my Upromise account Upromise s

On April 13, I got an email from them saying my account was suspended due to possible multiple accounts and potential fraudulent activityI responded to them and provided all the information they requested, including my driver’s license showing it was indeed my own account and the other account they questioned was actually belong to my husband who lives in the same household (he also provided his ID and all other information to Upromise as they closed his account as well), I also gave them most recent days' transactions on my account showing all the transactions for which I earned cashback were real, not fraud

Hello, UPROMISE.COM closed my account today, they request me to submit the information he need, and I did it immediately, but he still closed my account today which I have $cashback avaiable to withdaw in my accountThe upromise.com is on purpose to closed my account as he don't want to send me cashback $which the merchant has already sent it to them and he OWE meI request the $ CHECK from the UPROMISE.COM which he owe me, thanks

I was mailed a check for Cash Back earnings but lost itCalled Upromise to have a new check issued, was told that they would send it 3rd party issuer by email (***) within days Initial check had an expiration date of 12/2015, it is 3/11/and I have called three times and each time was promised the check would be reissuedThey are withholding monies owed to me, which I have earnedThe telephone representatives do not seem to have any idea on how a check is really issued and do not seem capable of completing the request The company seems to say anything to hang up the phone but is not interested in reissuing the money earned by the patron
