When calling your call center to discuss combining a very old account with a brand new one because I couldn't remember my username and the email I probably used is no longer valid, I could not even begin to understand the person that answered the phone Not only was there a lot of background noise (not the computer, whatever was in the background at the place the person was answering from) and the person spoke very broken English and I eventually gave up trying to speak with this person If you are going to outsource your call center, please make sure that your employees have verbal command of the English language I will never deal with UPromise again

Hi, I signed up with Upromise for their online cash back programUpon enrollment, I saw Upromise offered $cash back with purchase of service from *** NowAs such, I use the provided referral link from Upromise website and purchased service from *** NowHowever, the $cash back is still pendingI tried contacting Upromise, but got genetic response that it takes up to days for funds to be posted to an account, but in reality the purchase was made nearly days agoI have not been able to get anyone at Upromise to help me contact the merchant to get the contracted $cash back from purchaseTherefore, I am reaching out to Revdex.com for assistance with contract fulfillment of missing cash back

Absolutely terrible savings site now with the changesThe website doesn't function and gives very little information and is not user friendlyMost of the companies no longer participate in the programI have no idea how long I will have to wait to get the savings I have been collecting for yearsThey provided absolutely no information to customers about all the changes and limitations now imposed on the accountsI will be waiting who knows how long to get the money and then I will close the account and the associated credit cardI can't express how frustrated and disappointed I am in this companyI recommend using *** or some other program than this truly awful program

I am beyond frustrated As of today, February 27, I have been trying to apply for a Upromise World Mastercard but haven't been able to for over week There are no links on the website to apply Tonight I called *** *** and they said this card is no longer offered When I called UPromise customer service, the agent said it's down and I should try in a few days That is unacceptable A couple of days? I should trust my credit card and confidential info to a company who can't get its act together for a few days? I received several notifications that Upromise has changed it's cash back program and through all the reading I did it's less money back to me in the end No benefit to the cardholder This program is VERY frustrating I average about $back a month in cash rewards but it takes a very long time for rewards to post to your Upromise account, I have a transacations dating back to March that are still PENDING (its now July 2018) Even if transactions are NOT pending the money is not made readily available to you in a timely fashion If you request a check you won't see if for at least months I would NOT recommend a Upromise Credit Card to family or friends - shop around, do your homework
