In October, 2016, I received an UNSOLICITED offer from UPROMISE BY ***, for a *** The offer clearly stated that if I used the card for a purchase within the first days, I would receive a $CASH BACK reward I did make a purchase, and did pay the UPROMISE *** for that purchase Now, months later, and after making repeated calls, I still have not received my $reward Can you help me?

Hello, I have using Upromise for my cash rewards, and my current balance which is available to withdraw is $27,
I have not violate any policies and regulations from Upromise, but they closed my account and refused to issue the check for the balance in my accountThey steal the money from my account by closing my account with a non-sense reason

I received an email in October that I had until the end of the year to request a check for all money earned using their programI requested a check shortly thereafter, and have received a run around and excuses ever sinceFirst I was told the check was on the way when I followed up a few weeks laterThen I was ignored, and now I"m being told that I have to link to a bank or 529, which is NOT what their email laid outThe new alternatives beginning are to link to a plan, which I don't have, or to link my bank account, which I don't trust them withI included the email received below for referenceIt's like they're intentionally doing this to not have to pay out to people that don't want to link an account

I have requested redemption of my earned rewards in the amount of $by email times, and via phone once I have yet to receive the redeemed rewards despite being told via my phone request that I would receive them Upromise provided all customers an email noting we could receive a check payout of earned rewards before the end of CYif we requested one but could not receive such a payout after DEC I would like such a redemption and requested it times via email and once via phone Upromise has my information to issue the check redemption

I sent the following email to [email protected] on Dec 2018: “I have been a member of Upromise since 08/09/-- over years Since that time, my mailing address, email address, and telephone number have NOT changed Why was I NOT notified that the balance of my account - $- had been turned over to the State of Texas?”
I sent the following email to [email protected] on Dec 2018: “Dear Sir or Madam: I have been a member of Upromise with Account #*** since 08/09/-- over years I never changed my email address I never changed my telephone number I never changed my mailing address I do not understand why my account was changed to inactive status Why was I not notified that my account was changed to inactive status?”
NEVER received a response to either email

I am not able to login to Upromise...this site's message is "Your connection is not private." To date, I have never received Promised funds of $transferred into my bank accountI have rewards greater than $in my account for the past two monthsI was PROMISED to have funds automatically transferred on the first of the month

I signed up for a UPromise credit card to help save money for my grandson's college education Before I even received the card my email box was flooded with email advertisements from UPromise I understand that email advertisements are their primary way of letting customers know of specials from other companies The emails have an UNSUBSCRIBE link in them which I have been clicking on since day one trying to get unsubscribed Being unable to unsubscribe, I contacted the company and cancelled my credit cardHowever, I am still receiving unwanted emails I contacted them again on August 18, by email asking them to quit flooding my email box I was told the same thing that their website says, "it takes business days to be unsubscribed" It has definitely been over business days since my first request to unsubscribe AND I no longer have their credit card but they won't stop sending me these emails Please help me

Enrolled Upromise college savings, and was approved for credit card UpromiseI also have a Priceline credit card same bankInterest rate Upromise 21.99% tied to college saving and pay a yearly service fee to have credit cardPriceline credit card is 15.99% same bank no college savingsPayments made on time, been a customer for years and this is negative part when same bank has higher interest rate the one tied to the college savingExactully how am I suppose to save , if the interest is high and promoting a college savingsThis is poor business practice and actually, I am not receiving a cash back as promised , estif the interest is so high I am actually paying the bank back the cash back rewardsThe program is and very misleading !

I have cash back from my credit card and tried to transfer it to my uPromise accountMy bank transferred the funds to uPromise in approximately daysIt has been sitting as Pending with uPromise for another days alreadyWhen I called to inquire, they said that it can take up to days to complete the transfer and the funds to be available in my accountThen, to get the funds after that, it takes another 4-weeks for me to receive a check from uPromiseThey do not offer any option to receive the funds by transfer to my bankSo, it effectively takes months to receive the cash back that I've earnedThis is preposterousBank transfers take hours MAX, and their policy to only send checks once per month is clearly a ploy to keep my money for as long as possible

UPromise states on their website that funds are transferred the first of every month When you call customer service because you don't have your funds The customer service agents say 5-days Well today is day and I still don't have my funds I used this service in good faith and they are being fraudulent in distributing funds

On Feb Upromise closed my account and refused to issue the confirmed cashback to meNow I have no access to my accountI contacted them and got no responseStay away from this company

In September of 2018, we thought we requested funds, which belong to us, to be sent via paper checkWe had not received any confirmation of the actual mailing, so to be certain, we contacted Upromise on October and requested thisWe never received the check, for the funds that we have accrued, over the past yearsThus, we contacted them again on November 15, because we had been told that we would receive it within the first weeks of November, as it was initiated at their endWe were then told we would receive it in the next 2-daysThis began a pattern of them continually telling us that we would receive the check within 2-daysWe continued the follwith them on November 19, 23, and the 28thWe never received any details that were inquired about, such as a mailing date until today, and was told the check was mailed on the 2nd (of November) yet we have yet to receive itNow, we are told we need to wait another days and they will send an eCheck We do not think th

I made a purchase with *** *** through the Upromise website (I clicked the link for *** *** on the Upromise website and then made the purchase on the *** *** website) At the time *** *** was offering a 7% Upromise reward (which would be about a $Upromise reward) They never gave me the reward and after going back and forth with customer service representatives several times this is what they responded: "When cash back does not automatically post to your Upromise account, we conduct research with our partner merchants to determine eligibility*** *** has determined that your purchase on 03/21/ for $is not eligible to receive cash back." I want my Upromise reward of $ I made the purchase through the Upromise website and am entitled to the reward If they have technology issues that say otherwise it is not my fault It's funny how the technology works fine for small purchases, but for large purchases it doesn't work

I strated a UPROMISE college program years ago and I have been trying to get the $out for months as my daughter is a senior in college.It now says it was transfered to an account but I never gave them an account before today! I have emailed them over times, see that others have the same complaint and I am fed up
