I have been constantly harassed and disrespected by the several representatives that have contacted meIt began with calls to my personal phone at odd hours in the morningThen, even after I have filed multiple papers with the information they say they need, then proceed to repeatedly call me saying they have nothing on fileAlso, they will call myself or my dad at least times a day to reiterate the same informationI have asked multiple times to speak with someone in a higher position to get what I want understood, and every time I do they say no one is available at this timeEven more specifically, they refuse to work with me to negotiate payments I know I can afford, they say there is no need to do that if I have a co-signerWhat they fail to realize is that we all share responsibilities in the house and I am the only one working hours a week, if i'm lucky to get those hours, and have multiple other bills that are more important to take care ofAt this point I am ready and willing to get a lawyerThis needs to stop and something done with how they train people and how they respond to customersNo one has ever spoken to me as if I was a human, more like a money pit they can swipe a card in and get what they want

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Although their calculations on my fixed rate educational loan through PHEAA are correct, the business uses their website to make your life difficult and charge you extra fees and interest When I told them that I didn't qualify for the grant program and that my grant would have to be repaid as a loan (I got a job out of state and didn't meet the requirements for completion), they proceeded to ignore the fact that my address had changed and instead sent all the information to a year old mailing address When I called asking them about late fees and interest accrual, they said that I was responsible for the fees because the information was available online Fast forward to today, and they show a balance due on my bill, but it doesn't include interest That is only shown on my online account They use the excuse that the interest is calculated daily so they can't send you an accurate figure on a paper bill They should be required to list everything that I owe on the bill they send me with a date on which the information is accurate Every person doesn't have internet access, so to effectively hide their interest information from them is just wrong

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Upon the initial rejection of my application AES told me they were able to read the application fine and did not understand why it was returned illegibleThey told me to resubmit my application again because they had deemed it legible and it should be approvedI did it a second time and was denied againI argue that they are misrepresenting themselves and trying to deny my forgiveness as Lon as possible so I have to pay more interest The only party that gains from this forgiveness process taking longer is AES as they make money off additional interest from the portion of my loan that should have been forgive They are to blame for the drawn out process and the application form even gives permission for anyone to call me or the third party that completed my formThey should be responsible for the interest on the forgiven part of my loan that would have already been forgiven If they were an honest and reputable business Regards, [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the businessIt is a shame that they chose to ignore me in my phone calls to try to straighten this out over the phoneI never received any help or follow up to my problem directly from AESThey are uncooperative and don't seem to care about the consequences for the people they are servicingIn reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

February 13, Dear [redacted] :We are writing in response to your complaint lodged with the Revdex.com regarding your student loan account, which we service on behalf of the U.SDepartment of Education, detailed belowLoan Disbursement Loan Original Principal Current Principal Sequence Date Program Balance Balance 09/10/ FFELP Subsidized Stafford $8, $ 09/10/ FFELP Unsubsidized Stafford $12, $ 12/28/ Direct Subsidized Consolidation $17, $16, 12/28/ Direct Unsubsidized Consolidation $31, $29, 10/10/ Special Direct Subsidized Consolidation $1, $1, 10/10/ Special Direct Unsubsidized Consolidation $1, $ 10/10/ Special Direct Unsubsidized Consolidation $4, $3, 10/10/ Special Direct Unsubsidized Consolidation $1, $1,Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) [redacted] Federal Direct Loan Program (Direct)Your request regarding your account, as we understand it, is that we remove the unfavorable credit reporting our office submitted for December Unfortunately, we are unable to comply with your request. As you may recall, loan sequences 3-transferred to us effective June 10, As part of the transfer, we were able to honor the automatic payment arrangements you made with the previous loan servicer, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), and we placed loan sequence and onto our automatic payment service, Direct Debit.Loans sequences 5-subsequently transferred to our office effective November 12, Unfortunately, we were unable to honor any automatic payment arrangements you may have made with the prior loan servicerConsequently, these loans were not set up for Direct Debit. On June 23, 2014, you contacted us, and you requested to have your Direct Debit service suspendedAs requested, we suspended your Direct Debit service for July 2014, and we informed you that loan sequence 5-were not set up for Direct DebitWe also noted that you would need to send us a Direct Debit application so that we could enroll loan sequence 5-in Direct Debit.Although your Direct Debit service later resumed for loan sequences 3-4, we were unable to automatically withdraw any monthly payments for loan sequence 5-because we did not receive a Direct Debit application from youBecause you did not manually submit any payments, loan sequence 5-became delinquent.Accordingly, we placed telephone calls and sent you letters in an attempt to notify you that loan sequence 5-were delinquentWe also provided you with several letters, copies of which are enclosed, to inform you of the delinquencySeparately, please note that the Direct Debit notification letters we have sent to you on a monthly basis since June indicate that only loan sequences 3-are currently enrolled in Direct Debit.Because we did not manually submit any payments or submit a Direct Debit application, loan sequences 5-remained delinquentAs a result, we reported loan sequences 5-as at least days delinquent for December 2014.Please note, however, that because loan sequences 5-are considered to be one loan, we merged the entries for these loan sequences on your credit report (“tradelines”) into one tradelineAs a result, your account now only has one unfavorable entry for December 2014.While we sympathize with your circumstances, it is important to remember that we are obligated to report true and accurate information under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (U.S.C§ 1681s-2)As noted above, our review of your account found that information reported to the nationwide consumer reporting agencies accurately reflected the status of your account at that timeConsequently, FedLoan Servicing is unable to remove all of the credit reporting submitted for December 2014.Loan sequences 5-presently reflect a current status as a result of the payments you have recently submittedTo maintain a current status on loan sequences 5-8, you must manually submit another payment of $by March 2, 2015.If you would like to enroll loan sequence 5-in Direct Debit, please complete and return the enclosed Direct Debit applicationYou may also enroll through your online account at MyFedLoan.org.The next automatic payment of $for loan sequences 3-is scheduled to be extracted on March 2, 2015.If you have further questions, please contact your Borrower Advocate:Josh - Borrower Experience Advocate FedLoan Servicing P.OBox [redacted] Harrisburg, PA [redacted] ###-###-#### [email protected] hope this information is helpful to you.Sincerely,FedLoan Servicing Customer Service Department

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: AES did NOT provide a valid reason for refusing to release me as cosigner on my daughter’s loan and for avoiding to address my complaint The reason they denied our release request was “On-time payments are defined as being received no earlier than five days before the due date and no later than days after the due date”, however, the Credit agreement does NOT reference the definition of on-time payments and does not stipulate that payments must be received no earlier than five days before the due date and no later than days after the due date Unless AES can show me exactly were my signed contract states the definition of on-time payments, I must again reiterate my complaint about the unethical lending practices that AES adheres to Regards, [redacted]
