I spoke to customer service about returning Spring Valley fish, flax, & borage oil with Omega 3-6-dietary supplement soft get capsules I had purchased these tablets, since my physician assistant recommended that I buy Omega 3-6-supplements to help with reducing my cholesterol levels
I did not have a receipt and the associate stated that she could not refund or give me credit, since it was a "supplement" She opened the bottle and stated that she could not give credit, since the bottle was opened and that I had already taken some of the soft gel capsules At that point, I informed her that I was returning the capsules, since I may have gotten sick from taking themShe did not apologize that the capsules may have gotten me sick She just insisted that she could not issue a credit toward another bottle She wanted to issue credit for another bottle and that was the most she would do, but after opening the bottle she stated that she would not issue a credit for another

Today June 11, at approximately 7:am I went into Walmart located at Roosevelt Boulevard Philadelphia, PA I was going to return a couple of Combat roach gels and one combat roach bait to the storeDue to the fact that these were the same roach gels that I had prior, and they do not work When I arrived at the return center of this store A young Puerto Rican girl was working in this section, and I told her I had a return and that I paid with PayPal The young lady said that she can give me a gift card back She then said don't you have a PayPal credit card and I said, "No." I told her it is supposed to be cash she then says,"no it is a gift card don't you have the PayPal credit card it will go back to your credit card." I said no I don't have the PayPal credit card and my PayPal account is not linked to my debit or credit card; It is PayPal credit, it use to be bill me later and that I use to have issues returning with thatI told her Cedarbrook Walmart gives me cash backI asked her who is the district manager , she said Walmart does not have district managers anymore I said yall don't she said no, then I asked who the manager was she Walmart doesn't have managers anymoreI looked up and no picture was on the wall, I said a picture use to be up there I asked her can she call Walmart.com and she said "no" she can get someone for me I tried to call Walmart.com but they were closed
The young lady said she could get an assistant manager that is when young Puerto Rican man came over after she went and got him He also said that Walmart only gives back gift cards for PayPalI said it is PayPal credit it is not linked to a credit card or debit card it is PayPal credit and it is supposed to be a cash return he then said you can call Walmart or Walmart.com; I forget how he said it I told him that I asked her to call and she said "no" The young lady interjected and said, "I said I would get someone." I said but you did say "no" when I asked you The guy said he can get a manager I said ok I went on to say to the young lady yall just making up stuff she said "no we are not the managers told us." Then she said see it is written and I read the top of a sheet of paper that stated something like, "management retains the right to refuse a return even with a receipt." I told her this doesn't say anything about PayPal
Then the young Puerto Rican man came back with an ugly black man he had on a baseball hat and a plaid flannel shirt and glasses This rude man did not introduce himself he was not in Walmart attire The first thing he said was with PayPal you get a gift card or returned back to your card The rude black man said he has a PayPal account and that is how it works I asked him who are you He then said he is the manager I then asked him, "Do you have a PayPal credit card", he said "yes." I said I don't have a PayPal credit card I have PayPal credit it is not linked to a credit card or a debit card it is supposed to be a refund of cash The rude man was already nasty but it was mild I then asked him to speak to someone over him he said, "I am the manager and I am the last stop." I asked him "you don't have anyone over you." He said "no" I said, "so you are the owner" he said I have Walmart stock I said that don't mean anything a lot of people have stock then he started yelling and said "LOOK YOU AIN'T GETTING CASH BACK IT IS GIFT CARD AND THAT IS IT" I asked him who do he think he is talking to like that he said "YOU" I asked him again who do you think you are taking to like that he said "YOU ARE TRYING TO GET US TO GO AGAINST POLICY AND WE AIN'T GOING AGAINST POLICY I was getting ready to ask him again then he goes you know what you are going to leave he rushes off screaming "I AM GETTING SECURITY" I told him I am leaving
I filed a Walmart.com complaint and they refunded me all of my money I was offended and disrespected by the way this rude black man was talking to me He was talking to me like I was a man he appears to have abusive behavior towards woman Aside from his abusive behavior he approached a *** in street clothing not Walmart attire that is against policy He needs to be "FIRED" immediately for the way he treats customers as well as him lying saying he was the manager of the store I wanted to find out his name so I called the store about times and finally got someone who has been at the store for a long time She told me that store does a district manager and that this man's is called *** or *** and he is not even a manager he is an assistant manager who works overnight She told me this after I gave her his description She also told me that Walmart does not have any young Puerto Rican male assistant managers so both of these people lied represented themselves as something they are not She also told me the ugly black man that is called *** or *** is rude to customers all the time

I am writing to let you know that I have a grievance relating to the breaking of my tire pressure sensor and the daunting delay it is taking to repair this in a timely fashion I would also like this matter to be fully investigated as far as how the Auto Care Center takes steps to ensure a customer is contacted and updated when a mistake happens with their vehicle
On June 19, 2018, I came into the Auto Care Center of Walmart with a screw in a tire Since there was roughly a month left of wear and tear left on my tires, I decided to get a new set of tires for the first time since I bought my vehicle Customer service helped me pick out a set of tires and I was told that I did not need valve stems on my car since I had centers on my vehicle Upon leaving, customer service told me that my tire pressure light would go off after a few hours of driving time
Unfortunately, after coming back to the Auto Care Center on Wednesday the 20th and Thursday the 21st, my tire pressure light was still on Anthony (the Service Manager) ran tests and found out that my tire pressure sensor was broken The Service Manager apologized on behalf of the new employee that broke it and told me that they would replace it right awayThe only tire sensor they had in stock broke upon replacement and so the Service Manager placed something in place of the sensor (I think he told me valve stem, but I'm not sure) and told me to come back soon to get a brand new tire sensor installed
I went to get a tire alignment from *** *** of *** (since Walmart does not do alignments with new tires) on June the 22nd On my ride home something fell off my vehicle and created a monstrous noise for the whole minute ride home Upon going back to Nalley Nissan of Atlanta, they could not find anything, but I wonder if it was what the Servicer Manager put in place of the sensor I decided to wait and let Walmart look at my vehicle when they called me back about my tire pressure sensor replacement
On July 4, 2018, I called Walmart's Auto Care Center multiple times When I finally got in contact with Anthony (the Service Manager) he told me that they still had no sensors in stock, he would pass this message on to his manager, and that he would give me a call soon with any updates On July the 6th, I came into the Auto Care Center and the Service Manager advised me to buy the sensor from another Walmart and they would install it and reimburse me when I came back with it He told me that if I did not want to do that then I would have to wait until they got it in stock I chose to wait because I had nothing in writing stating that Walmart would reimburse me if I bought a sensor Also, why couldn't the manager go to another Walmart and buy the part if they were suggesting it to me (just my thoughts)?
As of today, it has been six weeks and three days since my tire sensor was broken by a Walmart Auto Care Center Associate I feel like *** *** (the Manager) could have at least done me the curtesy of a call with an update This has been such a lengthy process and I don't understand why it couldn't have been rectified quickly Hopefully there will be no more "run around" and no one else will have to go through what I've gone through
In addition, I will be sending a complaint and copy of this letter to the Revdex.com

These people are absolute thieves! They sold me a product that was used, as soon as I got home and opened it saw that someone had replaced parts of the product, after trying to call and getting no answer on the phone I drove back to this Walmart, even though there were several customer service reps there they refused to even talk to me about my issue, and when I went to try to talk to another associate, the girl from customer service actually walked up and told the other associate not to help meIdk what kind of scam their running here but I am immediately reporting them to the Revdex.com after writing thisI greatly regret walking in this sketchy store and, I don't care about the few dollars I lost but no store should be allowed to do that to people
The woman who refused to help me is the one working in the Customer Service department November 5th around/after 9:30pm
