I attempted to return two birthday presents today and was told by two associates, Liz and Lizeth, that they couldn't return the items The two items had receipts but were past the supposed "day time limit", that is not listed anywhere in the store
The two associates at the counter, Liz and Lizeth, have not taken my returns at least twice before They are unapologetic about the situation and have just shrugged their shoulders when I have asked them what recourse I have I have seen them take returns under the similar circumstances for other people, but they always have an issue with my return In the past, I have tried to call in to the manager and was placed on hold indefinitely and then hung up on when I called the store a second time
As I stated above, these returns had receipts which were dated in April and May, but they said they couldn't take these returns because they were past the day deadline I know that they could have approved these returns because another associate told me it was possible for them to approve the said returns
In July, I simply let the issue go after complaining the manager, the manager went as far as to list the date on my return log to come in, when I went in, again these two ladies didn't believe a manager wrote those dates on the receipt and quizzed me as to who wrote that date on the receipt
In August, after not being able to be connected to a manager, I had to bring my husband in to process the returns, because the time before they had erroneously listed extra returns on my return history after scanning items but they weren't able to process the times but they told me " they would fall off my history" , they are still there They also because they didn't want to take the time to get approval, ran returns twice on my husband's drivers licence so now he has two returns on his licences when there should have only been one
These two associates are very poor representatives of your Walmart and I will now make sure through all means possible, publicize this experience so that other won't have to go through what I have had to experience as the hands of these two associates They give your organization a very poor reputation There are other Walmarts in our valley, as well as wonderful Target that we've been shopping at more and more
I don't know what you and the managers at the store can do about this but we as a family and I will encourage my community members to not visit this store or at least visit other better Walmarts in the valley

My doctor sent a prescription to the Wal Mart Pharmacy I called them and gave them my credit card info and my address A week later they charged my card, they then mailed my prescription to an old address When I called two weeks later, they told me they couldn't do anything about it Even though it was there fault, they wouldn't send me my prescription I had two days worth of insulin left They told me sorry, but we can't help you
