I was rejected the service of check cashing*** from the Chula Vista Walmart at Broadway said she could not cash my check because it showed initials for the first nameI told her I have cashed my payroll check there many times beforeShe then asked for a second ID because my Driver's License showed a PO BoxI provided her with a second ID and she still refused to cash the check stating that Walmart does not cash checks with Initials for the first nameI told her that all 200,state employees checks are written that way and she said she would not cash State Employees checksIs that where Walmart stand on this or is this ***'s own policies? Many State Employees shop at Walmart and I feel we are being discriminated because an orthographic issueIs this an issue that SEIU would be best suited to handle? I am very disappointed with the way we are being treated by Walmart after providing valuable service to the State where we reside

I purchased a pair of glasses at Walmart in Philadelphia Mills, Philadelphia, PA only to discover I was charged for things I did NOT ask for which totalled $more than I planned on paying I called and returned to the store for a credit of my entire purchase since I had used my Visa Credit card and explained to the woman I had NOT asked for these "extras" nor was I going to pay for them The woman could not return my purchase since she had no idea how to do a return, without the help of another employee In the end my return was requested but I was informed it may have gone through 2x and if so I had to return the money! Weeks later I attempted to purchase another pair of glasses at the Bensalem, PA store which I needed to return since the fit was too big This is one of the down falls with getting glasses at Walmart The associates do not fit you they let you pick out glasses and that is it, they place your orderI returned the glasses which I had purchased with my Visa Debit card and received a Visa credit back on the same card and NOT cash I asked why I was receiving a credit instead of cash and her explanation was that is how it is to be doneWhen I asked the associate who assisted with the return, how long it would take before I see this credit his response was, if not immediately then within the hour Needless to say that did NOT happen and here I am the very next day writing my review to WARN others The purpose of using my debit card is exactly that It is just like cash which is what I should have received in my hand and NOT a credit which will now take a week to get back After speaking with the Assistant Manager, it is the store policy to give back cash! AGAIN, Walmart needs to get with the program when they are hiring and training employees Lesson learned: stay away from Walmart for glasses! Never had a problem until now after many years of going there It is sad when competent employees cannot be hired!

Walmart does not back their oudated junk batteries
I bought a Maxx 75N battery on 2/14/within a week it blew up acid everywhere under my hood and all overthe battery I took it back to Walmart where I had to wait an hour for them to test the obvious exploded battery I was given the same model in exchangeThe second battery has been nothing but problems after my truck warms up the battery needle drops to eleven volts,the alternator has been replaced with a bigger Amperage then OEM as this truck has all the options and this battery is not the correct battery it has left me having to jump it atleast times and completely died on 11/28/Where I am stuck again waiting for over an hour talked with managers to no resoloution
