"In store only" Resin Adironka chairs advertised @ $thru 6/10/were not available for purchase in stores
After reading Walmart's weekly ad for resin adirondak chairs for $I went into a Superstore Walmart to purchase one only to be told they were never shipped and may not be shipped before the sale ends and that they do not issue rainchecksI then called other stores in Vancouver, WA and in Portland, OR, and was told the same thingI spoke with Laura, a manager in the Hayden Meadows Drive, Portland, OR, store who said she understood my frustration but that there was nothing she could do to correct the situationMy complaint is that this seems like 'bait and switch', when a store adverises a product at a certain price and then when the customer comes in to buy that product at that price, the store is just hoping that while that product/price is not available, perhaps a profit may be made if the customer finds something else to purchase while the fake ad brought th

Bought an automotive led acid battery and brought in the old battery to recover the state mandated core charge
After one and a half hours, multiple store employees, the assistant manager and phone customer service representatives, nobody was able to refund the core charge I had paidOne phone representative was even trying to explain to me that the 12$ was a hazardous shipping charge and therefore not refundable

Earlier while shopping the Freehold, NJ store with my wifeI walked over to the electronics associate who was extremely professional and customer oriented if I was able to price match an item and if I was using the policy for price matching correctlyHe then pulled out his phone and scanned the UPC to verify that I wasHe said that it was okay and that he would just need to bring it up front for a manager to approveI told him I was still shopping and that I would come back to handle itOnce done I returned but he was helping another customer buy an Xbox OneI had already spent enough time shopping I just wanted to leave so I brought the item up to check out where my cashier was an older gentleman named *** or ***I explained to him the situation about wanting to price match the item and that I had spoken to the associate in electronics previously about itHe then asks me for my phone to check the price that's coming up on Walmart.comHe then calls up a manager I think her name was *** or ***? I'm not 100% sure and tells her I wanted to price match the item then rudely starts calling me out and telling me how wrong I am about it in front of my wife, other customers, the manager and another tall fellow with a yellow vest, shaggy looking hair and big glasses that works thereI calmly explained the situation to the manager and the tall shaggy looking fellowThen she and the shaggy looking fellow start telling me her electronics associate is wrong, that my whole concept of the price match policy is wrong, that I am wrongI then tell them again that he pulled his phone out using the Walmart app scanned the item and I was right the old man then scans the item and it comes up differnt and he then tells me again rudely that I'm wrong and if I don't like it to order it onlineAt that point, I told them that I did not want to purchase any of my items that were in my cartMy wife ended up going back to get the itemsThey treated me like excrement like I was trying to *** the placeI told the manager who I have seen plenty of times before being I live in the area that every time I come into this store they always single me out when it comes to price matching because they doI have never had any issues at any other Walmart in my area when using the policy as it is intendedI then left the items and grabbed the item I wanted price matched and walked off to electronics to get the associate I had spoken to before while my wife checked out and paid for the rest of the itemsI explained to him the situation and he said he has no idea why they would be treating me like thatHe then told me not to worry and we walked up to self-check where he told the cashier that the item needed to be price checked as the tall shaggy looking fellow with the big glasses comes over Yelling hold up! No no no! What are you doing!? sliding between me and the electronics associateElectronics associate then explained to him that I was right and that it was correctHe then pulls it up on his phone to show him and the guy all nasty grabs it out of his handThe yells at him to keep it open and then he pulls his phone out and scans the itemThen he's like your right we still need managers overrideNo apologies no nothingDidn't admit they were wrong did not say a word to meThen the manager who was overseeing my wife check out suddenly disappear as well as any managementShe finished checking out at today 05/07/time 19:I waited for a manager to come over for mins when I finally completed my purchase at 19:Extremely rude and unprofessional I have never been treated like this beforeOnce the manager came over it was someone totally different then I had been dealing withHe didn't say anything to me but looked *** and upsetI then turned to the electronics associate and told him Thank youWhile the tall shaggy fellow just played on a mobile cart while staring me down as I leftUnbelievable, I will not be shopping at this location anymore and will be spreading the word to my neighbors in Freehold they should do the sameI'm offended and hurtI have never had to deal with a situation handled so unprofessionally and extremely rude in my lifeCompletely Unacceptable
Online they advertised a TV for $That television was in stock, according to their dotcomBoth local stores were said to have themNeither did, despite phone calls directly to both stores to verify the online informationOnce at the stores, we were shown similar TVs for nearly double the moneySuddenly the online TV was out of stock and the $price was only for refurbished modelsComplete bait and switch/advertisementI have screenshots verifying my complaintAnd needing the TV for the upcoming Indy 500, we purchased the same model for $328...again, almost double the advertised price of $Employees at BOTH stores suggested calling the Revdex.com because this happens "all the time"That calling managers local will "get you nowhere"
I also complained on the phone only to be transferred repeatedly and ultimately hung up onWas asked for our email to send out our screenshots to prove our complaint, with no responseWas on hold until 9p...conveniently the time they close
We have been lied to over and over again from the initial television price, to it's availability, to who was going to help resolve this, to call backsIt's disgusting to think that the big giant department store wouldn't want to help one of their customers over a matter that has such an easy solutionJust honor what you advertise!! We were going to buy not one, but TWO of these for our houseWe were going to choose to spend hundreds of our hard earned dollars in their store...only to be essentially crapped on by themIt's not right, it's not fair
Why dupe the very people who makes you so successful???
I waited hours and was not able to get my product
I arrived at Walmart in Fayetteville, GA at 12:pm to get an oil change and purchase tiresUpon my arrival I was told there were two cars ahead of meSo I waited and by 3:I asked how long was it going to beThe cashier was rude his facial hair and hair was all over the placeNot neat and well groomed as he should beI gave the guy my tire size when I first got there to later find out he put the wrong tire size on my order. My car sat from 3:to 5:pm because they do not have a system where the tires are placed by size they have to look for them and the tires are everywhereSo the technician came in and advised me he had the wrong size and the technician had to go back and find my size they only had two so by now I'm very agitated so I say okay just put the two on they then come back and say they can't balance the tires I could go to another Walmart to have them balancedI said no just pull need out so I can goWhen I
I am a year old mother of three and the legal guardian of my disabled nephew, I have shopped at the Decatur Walmart for over three years with absolutely no problemToday I took my three kids and nephew to WalMart for some grocery shopping and to get cat food, grocery cart full of groceries such as grapes, apples, milk, water, and other food items, I decided at the end to get a single bottle of Wine, so I go to the self check out with my family as I have done thousands of times before and it beeped when I scanned the Wine, the Lady came over and asked for ID, ok so I go to get out my ID and before I can get it out she is wanting my nephews ID who is standing on the other side of the cart with my 12, 11, and years oldMy nephew is disabled, he doesn't work, drive, he collects social security disability, and obviously he doesn't have an ID, I was making the purchase not my nephew, the lady refused to sell me the wine, she even went as far as removing from the screen and having me hand it back to her from my cartI am then explained by another employee that in a situation that might seem "suspicious" they wont sell the alcoholso then I look suspicious with my grocery cart three children and nephew? Then I'm told "because he looks of age?" He wasn't even purchasing anything I was at the register, so by all accounts then a mother with a year old that may look older cant purchase alcohol unless her child can produce ID? I was embarrassed, humiliated, and by the time everything was done there were four Walmart employee's and I don't know how many on looking customers as they made me look like an adult trying to purchase a bottle of wine that thought was suspicious???? My poor nephew is standing there completely confused, so yes, a mother of three and guardian of a disabled young man was refused to be allowed to purchase a single bottle of wine with her large grocery purchase because her disabled Nephew who was making no purchase and was standing on the other side of the cart with the three young children couldn't produce an ID, in front of other customers and her family, I've never been so embarrassed in my life!

I asked him to call a manager and he refused, I asked him for his name and he refused and said he is off the clock and walked out a back door in receivingAnother female walmart associate came to the area to work and she heard the exchange, I asked her to get a manager and to tell me the other person's nameShe said I think it's 'Jamal' and after she said that he came out of the back room, pointed his finger at her and said do ever tell anyone his name and that wasn't cool in an angry voiceHe then stormed off and as he passed my daughter he walked slowly and gave her a menacing lookMy daughter was frightenedA female manager named beatrice arrived and I told her the story, told her he should be fired, told her I want to file a complaint, she had me follow her, found the wheelchair in Pharmacy, brought it and me to the back and directed a employee to complete the transaction and said she had to leaveThe employee was unable to complete the transaction and had to call for another manager, after a very long wait he arrived in the back, completed the transaction and I told him the whole story of what happenedI said I want to file a complaintHe said Walmart does not have any complaint forms, he took my name and number and said he would look into thisNo one ever didWalmart blew it offVery poor treatment

I went to Walmart in Easrgate Ohio and bought sweet corn for fifty cents each I find I brought field corn instead
I had a online order I am suppose to pick up at Gratiot in Roseville, MIYou are usually suppose to get and email or text when the item is ready for pick up but I haven't been receiving the alerts so I decided to call the storeI have called this store several times and have been left on hold for 30-minutes each time I called and no one comes back to the phoneI would hang up and call right back and it would be the same thingI have even called customer service and explained what was going onThe representative tried to contact the store as well as was also told to hold on and no one ever came back to the phoneI know its the holiday season but this is ridiculous!
