I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
While an inspector did come to my residence to inspect the mattress, he found that it was the box spring that was defective and causing the mattress to seem defectiveAs the box spring was sold to me by Mattress Firm, I require action on their part to make this right and replace the box spring with one that follows the recommendations of the inspector and will properly support the mattress. I have called the representative from Mattress Firm twice so far this week, left messages, and have received no response.

Regards,
I am going to leave this complaint open, throw out the mattresses and replace them..I have already advised couples who have recently moved here not to use your company..hard lesson for me on a limited retirement income..since your mattresses are so awesome, you should be able to pick them up and resell them or donate them to a worthy cause..beyond disappointed and feel violated

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I called the number sent by Mattress Firm only to find out I ended up in the same queue I always did. minutes I waited on the phone and spoke to the most pleasant customer rep - Kylie. She was the ONLY rep that spoke to me as though I was am important person. She deserves a huge raise........ As it turns out - Mattress Firm refunded $to *** *** A credit card I no longer have. In keeping with Mattress Firm customer service, you would think they would have reimbursed the credit card company that I used to buy the second, most recent, mattress. Or, and I'm reaching here, just maybe they might have called me to see what credit card company should they reimburse. Kylie, the wonderful rep., sent an email to a "supervisor" about the incorrect reimbursement and to call me. I verified my telephone number so they can't use the excuse they couldn't find it or it was the wrong number.$is not the correct amount. I demand the disposal fee be reimbursed as well. I should not have to pay for removal of a defective mattress. Total amount due me: $
