I'm appalled that I have not received a reply to a Revdex.com complaint I filed weeks ago due to an incredibly poor experience at your alt springs locationIf this issue is not quickly resolved I will not set foot in ANY Panera bread in the futureIt's bad enough that I had to endure such terrible serviceTo be ignored by the same people is insultingI suggest someone at your corp office handles this because the people at that particular location are too lazy and/or incompetent

Customer contacted us on 2/21/and we have sent her information to our finance team to process a refund

We have addressed ***'s concerns with our operations team at the cafe location he had this experience with. We have also sent *** a Panera Bread e-gift card for the inconvenience and for his missing fruit cup. He should receive this gift card within 24-hours of today, 3/

This guest had not contacted our team until the tenth inaccurate orderWe are not able to compensate for inaccurate orders that far backWe offered to replace the most recent order and directed her to contact the bakery-cafe directly for any further assistance

I have looked through our records. I do not see that they have called us or emailed us in regards to this. It sounds like maybe that she spoke with the cafe. They can call us at [redacted]
