They sent one delivery person when they delivered the vanityIt weighs 350lbsThe man wanted to leave it at the curb and said it was curbside serviceThere is no way he could deliver that to my door all by himself.The delivery on there website was deceiving and not clear on deliveryOverstock also stated that it was door delivery, but when the delivery guy was at my house he wanted to leave it at the curbSo I had to reject the itembecause I a women that can't move a 350lb vanity

I am rejecting this response because:I'm beyond upset how these people can lie about everythingI had to open a BB complain for them to acknowledge the fact they were wrong So before even opening this complain with the BB they ignored everything I was trying to tell themSo yesterday I received a package from overstock which I was never contacted that they were sending me anything They claiming to have send me the "Michael Kors" back to me but that is far from the truthThey send me the Celine nano bag that I had purchased last October 2016! To my suprised not only is this bag a used bag with no security tag no in voice nothing!! I have send pictures of what they send me which I attached I don't want this second hand bag I'm beyond upset and I even tried to called them today and was hung up twice by customer service ! What games is this! I'm upset I don't want this bag I want to return for a full refund of my money !!!

To Whom it may concern;As was stated previously this customer first called in on the following;9/15/2017-Customer placed first order #*** for the Rivolite Ultra Light Piece Expandable Luggage Set. 9/26/2017-at 9:02PM-A replacement was set up under Order#*** with 2-day expedited shipping. 9/27/2017-at 8:00AM- Customer called in upset because she still does not know when her luggage set will ship out.9/27/2017-8:08AM- A email was sent to the warehouse letting them know an immediate replacement order # *** was set up and could they expedite the order out ASAP. 9/27/2017-9:29AM- Customer called back in and was upset because her original order has not been delivered or updated on UPS tracking. Asked to speak with a supervisor. 9/27/2017-9:AM Supervisor called the warehouse and was advised the original package has been deemed lost, and they are releasing the replacement today. Agent was giving the new tracking number *** *** and told the customer should receive by Friday no later than Monday and that is the soonest he can ship the order.Advised the customer the information; customer said she needs this before Monday and hung up the call. 9/27/2017-9:42AM- Customer called into the Executive Relations line and wants to make sure she will be getting her luggage delivered to her before she leaves on a tripAgent advised she would contact the warehouse to see if it will be shipped out today. 9/27/2017-9:54email was sent to warehouse asking if at all possible could we get this overnighted to the customer. 9/27/2017-12:48PM-Customer called back in to see if we received a response from the warehouseShe was advised it was already sent out with 2-day shipping under tracking #***. 9/28/2017-8:39AM-Customer called in and was upset that her luggage was not going to be delivered to her today. She advised she was leaving for vacation tonightAgent advised her she would contact UPS and turn her replacement package around and issue a refund. 9/28/2017-8:59AM- Customer called back in and wanted to get her Ref # for her records; agent supplied her the number. 9/28/2017-9:01AM- UPS was called, asked to return to intercept it and return to sender. 9/28/2017-9:AM-Customer was issued a full refund for her Rivolite Ultra Light Piece Expandable Luggage Set in the amount of $81.17. 9/28/2017-9:10AM-Customer chatted in with another agent and stated she was told by another agent in customer relations that she would receive her luggage todayWhich was incorrect information if that is what was told, since tracking was set with 2-day shipping. 9/28/2017-10:20AM-Email was sent to customer letting her know refund was issued for full amount. 9/28/2017-11:43AM-Customer called in and let agent know she didn’t get refunded for the warrantyCustomer was then issued a full refund for the warranty in the amount of $7.41. I am rejecting this response because:Attached to this rejection are the screen shots from Ebay prior to purchaseI can understand ONE mistake but to have as many as were on this listing the company should make it right. I offered for them to send me the square foot kit in another color or another pattern and they declined citing the cost was considerably more. I am making that same request todayI ordered 4, Square foot backsplash kitsI received 6" X 6" samples Please review the pictures above. 1) Title says - Square foot backsplash kit2) Picture shows - 18x24" tiles and all accesories3) Description clearly states what comes in the kit. I have pictures of all the listings and the description, title, and pictures are all similar but would all lead one to believe they are ordering a square foot kit and not a sample.

The third party merchant used another third-party seller from ebay who had the item being returned priced at half the cost. Item was not as described the reason for the return.
