This is by far the best tech support I have ever had, they are very intelligent and know exactly how to fix the problem..I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help

They were superb and very encouraging, helpful and patient I appreciate both Kevin and Ricky as they were working with me for more than an hour to get my computer unencumbered with malware and to install the necessary protections that I needed

through my conversation with ryan (technician) I have understood why my computer wasn't working/running the way I wanted it, ryan has told me what viruses had invaded my screen and why the programs and pwere constantly appearing, he offered to do work on my computer to clear it and suggested me to purchase added protection with warrantyafter an hour or so, he has cleaned up my computer and it is working faster again with no pop-ups
