I encountered a terrible Malware/virus on my laptopSandy [redacted] with One Solution cleaned up my computer and it is running greatThe care and concern this company took with my issue was second to none! thanks One Solution Inc.!!

This is a review of ONE SOLUTION computer services I bought into their system, and have found them to be VERY responsive It may be too soon to say how long lasting their fix is, but from all indications, they are most competent My laptop was locking up with TOO MANY PROBLEMS I worked for four days trying to figure it out, and finally contacted ONE SOLUTION It took hours, but they got me up and running It happened again, a week later, but ONE SOLUTION again came to my rescue Excellent communications with them despite my hearing loss difficulties I would recommend them to others

This was a very good experience and the person helping me was very polite and helpfulI would tell my friends that if they have these kind of problems they should call you

All issues were resolved and everything seems to be ok. My only complaint was not being able to understand the technicians much of the time John [redacted] Ryan came in later and resolved all remaining problems.
