I received a call from a person purporting to be from [redacted] and serious problems had been detected in my software, blah, blah - and something told me this was a scam so I hung upI called One Solution, and they confirmed an attempted scamThey then went through my software, cleaned up cookies, viruses, etcThey took over my computer and consistently called me back with a progess reportor to request more informationSince I know nothing about repairing software, I was very gratefulI was also told how to clean up the computer with the company's softwareI very much appreciated their help and professionalism
