Thus far I am very pleased with this company. They took the time to explain some of the issues, since I am not that computer savvy. I worked on my system a long time. I am pleased, but it only been one day since they cleaned up trojans and intrusions on my computer, the jury is still out. They do offered follow up service, and phoned this morning to check how I am coping thus far.
