I am not hating the product so much, not that I have a lot of time using it, but the scam they follow to get you a free sample is ridiculous. They start a 14 day trial the day you call in for the product to be shipped, and auto enroll you in their monthly renewals. I was then charged for not calling 2 days earlier (mind you I didn't think shipping time counted against my trial period) to cancel. Almost $200 charged to my account for their false advertisement. I was able to push for a 50% refund (I probably could have gotten more had I been more patient) though and encourage you to as well if you find yourself in the same boat. I have stopped further payments and shipments, but this was a learning lesson for me!

The product I purchased was for $4.95 not $38.71 you need to make yourself perfectly clear on that one. And when this order was place I cancelled immediately and also spoke with someone in Customer Service and stated DO NOT SEND ME THIS PRODUCT and DO NOT DRAFT FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT. At that time I was told product was cancelled and nothing would be drafted, Well we see that was lie! Nu Plenish did refund me the $38,71 but during several phone calls in wanting to know why they drafted the money I was told I could keep the product as a complementary item. After refunding me the $38,71 I was sent an email stating to return the product  with a Return number. I want to be credited for the shipping they withdrew from my account. Which totals $21.89 and this includes me shipping the cancelled product back.

This product is HIGHLY OVER PRICED and their marketing system should be banished. They charge you for shipping only and later there appears a charge of almost $90.00 on your bank statement.

resolved. This is in reply to a complaint, ID [redacted].  This is to update you on the progress on the dispute with TMI*DERMA REFORM, HENDERSON, NV and BCI*EYE ADVANCED, LAS VEGAS, NV.  On August 07, TMI*DERMA REFORM HENDERSON, NV credited my husband's Discover credit card $89.95 (it posted on the statement on August 10); then on August 13 BCI*EYE ADVANCED, LAS VEGAS, NV credited my husband's credit card $85.95 (it posted on the Discover statement August 16).   I appreciate your help with this matter.  I believe if I had not contacted Revdex.com they (business) would not have agreed to reimburse the amount they charged my husband's Discover credit card.  I want to thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into this dispute for me.  Your company is a true blessing to customers like myself that get scammed out of money.    You can now close this dispute.  Again, I appreciate all you have done for my husband and me.
