In my previous complain # [redacted] to Revdex.com regarding service and product of NuPlenish company, I described my dissatisfaction and reasons why I expect to receive refund from them. On your inquiry, the company answered that they already sent me refund. It's simply not true. They did not send me any refund. I didn't have a chance to answer to you since I filed a complain to my credit card and was expecting a response from them. I learned today that they began their own investigation. The dispute case that they initiated proves that they didn't receive any refund. They say that I can review the status of this investigation at any time by visiting Discover.com or by calling our service team day or night at 1[redacted].[redacted]I'd like to receive refund for the product that I didn't ask to send to me and I'd be happy to send it back (it's unpacked in original package).
