I am rejecting this response because: Someone from Northstar named Ally called and left a message on the secondary telephone number on my account saying a credit would be applied to my account. I have no idea who Ally is and why shed did not call me. I have tried to contact her but was told she wasn't in. I am rejecting this offer because the alarm system has never operated properly and after one year Northstar will start charging me every time there is a problem and they need to send out an installer. I have dealt with the alarm system problems for 6 months and after 3 failed service calls and numerous tech support calls to correct the problems, I have no faith that their installers and tech support staff can repair this system successfully. Also, I am sure Northstar is attempting to hold me to this bad contract so that in a year they can charge me for service calls. My initial request has not changed, I am asking Northstar to authorize cancellation of this contract without penalty and refund my money.
