Review: I have been waiting on an order that I placed on November 12, 2014. I contacted customer service in early December 2014 regarding the status of my order and received a blanket email telling me how backed up they were and that my order should be complete and shipped by December 24, 2014. I emailed them again (a telephone number is not available) and asked for the specific status of my order, not a blanket email. I received a reply on December 17, 2014 stating that my order was in "Pre shipment" and that it would be delivered no later than December 22, 2014. They also included a tracking number with this email. After trying to track the package twice, and calling USPS to put an investigation on the package only to find out that the manager of the [redacted] acceptance facility had no record of the package I emailed them again on January 5, 2015 for them to find my package. I received no reply from this email. I have emailed them again on January 8, 2015 with again no reply. I have still not been given any other way to contact this business other than email.Desired Settlement: I want the order that I placed to arrive at the desired location as soon as possible. According to their website refunds are not allowed, so I simply want what I paid for to arrive.

Review: I ordered 3 monogram circles (through [redacted] vouchers I purchased) on October 1st I ordered through their website, as required. expected time frame 3-4 weeks (well before Christmas rush)On Nov 11 I was sent 3 emails with "shipping numbers". when I plugged numbers into USPS they all came back invalid. Tried to contact Morgan Hill and finally got thru their confusing website by having to set up an account in order to put in a 'ticket claim" for service. After a few more days I received a canned email apologized for the delay, said it wouldn't ship for another 10-18days and emailed me a 20% off my next purchase coupon. I refused offer of coupon and asked for my order to be shipped with a valid tracking number. I tried reaching them thru their FB page but since my inquiries were complaints I was blocked from posting on their FB page.
Long story short...on Dec 13 I received 1 of my items which came with wrong initials rendering it useless. The other 2 finally arrived late, too late for their intended giving as gifts. Quality is terrible, flimsy. I'd be embarrassed to give as a gift even if they arrived on time. I emailed again I contacted [redacted] to complain and the woman told me this is not the first complaint they have had about Morgann Hill This business has no reliable customer service and I'd say is a scam. BUYER BEWARE>Desired Settlement: Want refund of my shipping charges.

I am also a very upset customer. I placed an order on December 1, 2014 and it is January 15, 2015 and I have still not received my order. When I contacted customer service I received an email that gave me the same info on their website that my order was either shipped or in the process of being shipped. Review: Ordered a $60 product in early December. After entering numerous "tickets" to company regarding the status of my order I never heard back. I just received product then I received an email indicating not to open another "ticket". In receiving product, I was displeased that it was just put into a shipping envelope with no packing but decided not to complain since it was a cutting board - thinking any bumps or dings would add character. Then when I removed a little sticker that was affixed to the board with the ordering summary on how to produce the personalized board, the wood underneath the sticker was never stained. SO I now have a dark cutting board with an unfinished wood stripe where sticker was...ie it was stained with the sticker affixed to board. I opened another ticket with this issue and then sent an email with an image of this oversight. The email was rejected because apparently they do not check their emails and the limit for emails for their server has been exceeded.Desired Settlement: I either want to send this board back for the unstained area to be stained)fixed) or I want an identical order done correctly.

Add me to the list of people who have been scammed by MHD. Take this as a friendly bit of advice to NOT do business with this company. I bought a Groupon for a large cork keeper. I waited nearly 8 weeks to receive this order, which never actually came - the wait time was far beyond the 2-4 weeks time frame they initially quoted, and far beyond the 45 days that they later quoted in the form email I received after I complained. If you have issues with your order, there is no telephone number that will actually connect you to a live person, and any email responses you receive are form emails that don't address your particular order status. I finally had to lodge a complaint with Groupon to get the price of the item refunded, and another complaint with Paypal to take care of the shipping charge. Groupon contacted the company on my behalf and refunded the price of the item for me. Only AFTER these chargeback requests were filed did I hear anything remotely personalized by MHD, and they did offer to refund my shipping directly, although that has not happened yet. I am still waiting to get the shipping refunded and because of this, I still have an open claim with Paypal.
This item was for a gift, and if their initial shipping times would have been honored, I would have had it in time for the event where the gift was to be given. We are now 4 weeks past that event and nothing to show for it but a giant headache.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Worst business practices I have ever seen in 15-plus years of online shopping! Buyer beware.
Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal in October 2014 regarding a monogram wall hang piece. In early January I placed my order. The order was number is [redacted], placed 01/15/2015 at 07:23PM. I had to pay an additional $9.99 for shipping. According the the [redacted] as well as the company website shipping estimates are about 2-3 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and I have attempted to contact them multiple times to which I have not gotten a reply. I was able to maintain a phone number for the company but no one ever answered the line that I called.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the piece that I ordered. I feel like that is the least that should be done. I also would feel it would be in the best interest for the company to refund the shipping charges that were paid. But delivery of the product would be satisfactory.
I placed my order in late October and still have not received my order. This was a Christmas present and it was not sent. There is a no customer service e. No way to contact them. The sent me 4 emails stating it should be here for Christmas. Not only is the tracking number a farce so are their commitments. Run do not use this company.

I placed an order on November 13,2014 as of December 16,2014 I have emailed them 2 times to see the status of it. I have not heard back from this company, also there is no telephone number to contact them. I have reported them to Groupon which is where I bought my coupon from. I feel like this company has stolen not only the Groupon I bought but also the shipping fee that was charged on my order.
I purchased a monogrammed item from this company, the length of time to receive the item was unacceptable. I emailed the company several times regarding delivery by never received a response. The item arrived unexpectedly but it was monogrammed with the wrong initial. I have been trying to contact them for a couple weeks now via their website but have yet to receive a reply.
My original order was placed in November and the item was not received until January. The item was to be a Christmas gift and I would really like to receive a corrected item.

Review: I ordered a voucher from [redacted] for a medium wine cork holder, personalized with my daughters last name and date of marriage. The voucher covers the cost of the product, but there was an additional $9.99 paid to the company for shipping. This was intended to be a 21st birthday gift for my daughter. Because she lives out of state was having it shipped directly to her. On the [redacted] FAQ page it says that the delivery time is 2-4 weeks. Because of this, I waited until approximately 3 weeks before her birthday to place my order with Morgann Hill so that it would be there close to her birthday. The order was placed on 12/28/2015. When placing my order I noticed that the website states the product usually ships in 3-4 weeks. After a full month, I checked my order status and it says "Awaiting Fulfillment". My daughter was in the process of moving so I sent an inquiry to the company asking for the status and also requesting that it be sent to her knew address. I did receive an immediate (automated) response and a ticket number, stating that they would respond, usually within 24 hours. After a week I still had not received a response so I sent them an email requesting more information. Another week has now passed and it has been just over 6 weeks and the order status still shows "Awaiting Fulfillment". In looking back at the [redacted] page I do now see information showing that orders could take up to 45 days, and I believe at one point I saw another statement that orders will ship between 4-6 weeks during busy times. This means that there are 4 conflicting statements about expected shipping times. Considering that the item has not shipped yet means that they will not meet any of these deadlines. The lack of customer service really makes this situation worse.Desired Settlement: I would like the item to be delivered, and the delivery address to be the new address that I provided the company on 1/28/2016 in ticket #[redacted]. In addition I would like the shipping fee refunded because they have not met the expectations set forth on their website.

I received one of my items on 12/20/2014 and immediately contacted them through their website as instructed to let them know I only received one of my two items. They replied on 12/23/2014 and said they would look into it. I did not hear from them again until 12/30 (AFTER I contacted [redacted] about the problem). On 12/30/2014, they asked for my phone number so they could call me and I told them I would not be available until after 9pm and to please just let me know what's going on with my item in the email reply. [redacted] has also reached out to them TWICE and provided them with all of my information and said I should expect to hear from Morgann Hill within 3 business days. Needless to say, I have not heard from them nor have I received my item. I understand being busy for the holidays but the holidays are over!Desired Settlement: I just want the product I ordered or at least an explanation as to the delay and when I should expect to receeive it. I am not a difficult person and no hearts were broken because it was not received by Christmas. It's just so unfortunate that you cannot get anyone to reply to emails concerning merchandise you paid for. Why not hire a temp or 2 to reply to emails regarding orders? This could not cost anywhere near as much as the loss of future business. I will NEVER order from the again and not because I didn't receive my item by Christmas but because of their extremely poor ( or should I say lack of) customer service!

Review: Ordered an item on 11/13/14. Item was shipped on 12/18/15 (I paid $10 to company for shipping) and tracking shows it left post office on 12/18/14. The item never made it beyond leaving the post office. I contacted Morgann Hill Designs to tell them I never received item - contact is done through email only. There is a choice of categories to state the nature of the problem. On Dec. 29th I emailed with the choice of "conflict resolution" and explained I never received my item that was a Christmas present and could they send a replacement. I never heard back. On 1/8/15 I emailed through the same complaint and asked for a response ASAP. I got none. On 1/10/15 I emailed again through same complaint and explained I wanted a full refund and a response or I would be contacting the Revdex.com and other government agencies that regulate businesses in their area. I have not heard a thing. I would either like a replacement or a refund but I CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE and there is no phone number listed anywhere for this company. It is all done through email and the customer is left to be at the mercy of this companies willingness or none willingness to respond to issues when they arise, which seems to be quite often after looking into this companies business practices.Desired Settlement: At first I asked the company to reship the item I had ordered, but at this point, with the total lack of response and from what I've discovered from this companies practice of constantly having issues getting items to the costumer I would like A FULL REFUND, including the shipping, of this item.

Review: I ordered an item from this business on Nov.27. I received an email on Dec.18 that my item was in pre-shipment. I received instructions to wait 7-10 days to track my shipment. I tracked my shipment on Dec.29 and it was in CA at a processing center. When my item did not arrive by Jan. 7, I tracked my order again and it was still at the same processing center. I filed a complaint with the company on this day. I waited a week to receive an email in response to my complaint . I did not here back from the company and filed another complaint. The company only allows for complaints to be filed by email. The website does not list any phone number to connect the company.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered or a full refund!!

Review: I ordered two items from Morgann Hill Designs through [redacted] on November 26, 2015 with a guaranteed delivery date of Christmas. On Saturday, December 19 I received an email from [redacted] saying Morgann Hill had missed their shipment date and the package might arrive after Christmas. On December 24, 2015 I emailed Morgann Hill asking for an update on my order. I received an automated response that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. After a week of not hearing back, I submitted another email asking for the status. Today is January 14, 2016 and I have still not heard back from at Morgann Hill. I've been in contact with [redacted] and they have been trying to get in contact with Morgann Hill and they update me almost daily saying they have not heard from anyone at Morgann Hill. Finally, on December 29, 2015 I received one of the two of my packages. Only to open it and find it damaged. I contacted [redacted] and they had me submit photos so I could get a replacement from Morgann Hill. Again, there has been no response from them, and I have still not received the other item I ordered. Since these items were for Christmas gifts, they were for people who live out of state and I was going to see them over the holiday. Zuliy has contacted Morgann Hill to see if we can get the items shipped to their addresses so I do not have to pay for them to be shipped, and there has been no response from Morgann Hill.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the following outcomes occur:
1) Delivery of both of my items.
2) Replacement of the damaged one.
3) Entire refund for my order.
4) Pay for them to be shipped to original recipients.
