Living social deal. Almost 90 days later, product still hasn't arrived. Company is completely unresponsive. They created a shipping label, but never shipped the product. This company is a complete scam.
Review: I have emailed multiple times and have never had a response. I ordered a product in November and it is past the 45 day time line they list on their website and send in their Generic emails. I am now out the cost of the product, the shipping costs, and don't have the gift I ordered for a wedding present.
Beyond not getting my product I ordered, I haven't ever actually had a person email me regarding the status of the product.
This company is a SCAMDesired Settlement: I want my product ASAP or ALL of the Money I paid!
Review: I ordered a monogram wall hanging from a [redacted] deal on October 3, 2014. I did not receive shipping confirmation until December 16, 2014. I waited about a month before filing a ticket with Morgann Hill asking about my shipment because the tracking information never changed beyond the following info:

I received a couple of standard/generic e-mails stating that they had high volume and would resolve my issue as soon as they could. I feel that I have waited more than enough time for my shipment. I would like the item to be sent overnight and all shipping fees credited back to me...or sent to me in the mail.
I am frustrated that they have NO working number (no phone number listed on their site at all...and when you click on "contact us", it directs you to a picture of the owners and how they started the business). I am also distressed to see so many other complaints about this company. Horrible business practices!Desired Settlement: I just want delivery of my order immediately

Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs online on Black Friday. The order was to be delivered in time for Christmas per the company. I did not receive my order until the second week of January. When I received the order I only received one of two cutting boards I ordered. I attempted to contact the company. I have not received a reply to my emails and the company has no working phone number. I am very upset by the lack of service and the fact that the company website says my complete order has been shipped. The package I received does not even include an invoice of what was sent.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order and a refund for purchases.

Review: I used a [redacted] deal to order a "Personalized Monogram Wall Art" item from this vendor. It was ordered on 11/19/14, but I still have not received the item. I initially e-mailed the company two weeks ago and have sent THREE different messages asking for someone to contact or respond back to me. After the item FINALLY shipped, I was mortified. This was a gift to my parents. First of all, I selected the cutting board in cherry wood. The item looks like it is made from a chunk of industrial wood from home depot. It is not finished, the edges are rough. It came with dents in it. It is not stained or treated in any way. It is TINY, like you could maybe cut an apple on there... maybe. The monogram is off center. The company does not offer a phone number. The only way to contact them is through a web "ticket". They don't respond, but they go in and "close" the ticket as resolved. What a joke. Horrible product, horrible company!

And now the company has removed the contact information from its web page. I looked on social media, and unfortunately, I am not the only one who was scammed by this business. They took payment, and they did not send the products.
The cutting boards were:
2 at $59.99 with $9.99 shipping.
1 at 69.99 with $9.99 shipping.
I ordered discount coupons for them through [redacted] has also been unable to get the company to respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full price, not the [redacted] price. These were meant to be Christmas gifts for friends, and now I am left with nothing for them. The total is $209.95.

Review: I ordered a cutting board from the website on November 9th. It is now December 9th and I have not received my cutting board. I have contacted the company 4 times now with no response they also do not lost a phone number on their website. I feel as though I was scammed out of my money as I have not received my purchased item and I have not received a response from this company. Upon a Google search I found many others with the same problem with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my cutting board that I paid for to be delivered it was to be used for a gift for a birthday thst was today or I would like a refund.
This company is terrible! They have absolutely no communication skills, nor do you get your product. They just leave you in limbo. I would not recommend this company do not use them. I had to finally get my money back through the credit card company I used to pay. I do not complain about things either, but they are no good to deal with.
I placed an order with Morgann Hill in November for a Christmas present. I purchased it through a Groupon. I sent an inquiry to Morgann Hill about the status and to confirm it would be ready prior to Christmas. I received a generic response stating that I now had a service ticket open and that my order was processing. They didn't offer any other update other than that, and they don't have a phone number to contact them. I called groupon at the beginning of January and they stated they would make an inquiry. I then received the following message from Morgann Hill. Needless to say my order still hasn't arrived. I spoke with Groupon again, and they decided to reimburse me for what I paid. It's unfo, because I didn't want the refund, I wanted the "thoughtful gift " I purchased. I spoke with a Groupon supervisor and asked if they were aware of all of the negative reviews Morgann Hill has, and why they are still selling additional Groupons for this company which has such poor ratings. They were unable to provide an answer for that question. I have learned a lesson, and am definitely going to do more research before making a purchase through groupon again....here is my response from Morgann Hill, which incidentally I was in the group that was supposed to have had my order in transit

I had placed an order on December 10th, 2015 for a Christmas gift for my family. I emailed them 2 weeks after the original delivery date since I had figured it was a busy holiday season. I can relate I have worked in retail for over 20 years myself. But here is it February 8th, 2016 and I have still yet to receive the product.
I don't think anyone should have a company when you are unable to keep up on orders. This company should be shut down for poor customer service and not delivering when they say so!!! I WILL NEVER EVER buy from you and WILL NEVER EVER recommend you to anyone I know or anyone I meet on the street. Its that bad!!!
Good luck trying to keep afloat I am shocked you still have a business.
I ordered a product thru Groupon on 11/3 then ordered directly thru their web site on 11/11. from the webiste and Groupon was told items shipped 2-4 weeks. I have sent several email to them only for a generic response that orders are being processed. They can take my money very quickly but cannot produce the products. These were CHRISTMAS gifts that still have to be shipped out. I feel I need to be reimbursed for the money I have spent. I feel as if these gifts will not make here in time and now have to scramble to try to find something else. This company has no business working with the public. They have no way of being contacted other then email the phone are disconnected so they don't have to deal with customers such as myself that are furious with their service. I am a business owner as well and know customer service is your #1 priority but I know they are not giving it here. Any help to recover my costs would be greatly appreciated.
One order was thru groupon for $55.00 then 9.99 for shipping.
The other order was for 59.99 and 15.99 for shipping.

Review: I ordered my product from Morgann Hill Designs on Nov. 17. The company said it would take 30-45 days until it would arrive at my doorstep. I received an email from the company on Dec. 20 telling me my order was in pre-shipment. It is now Jan. 7 and my tracking code with USPS has never been updated. I checked with the company and they said to check with USPS. USPS told me that after investigating the issue, Morgann Hill Designs never gave them my package. I went back to Morgann Hill Designs and said it looks like you created a shipping label but never actually sent me my package. I asked them to overnight it and they said I would have to wait 5 days for the tracking code to update and then they would ship it. I asked why it would take them another 5 days and I never received an answer. They asked for my phone number three times, I gave it to them and they never called me about my order. I have been kind and patient, but I still haven't received my order, which was a gift for my sister's wedding that has already passed.
The customer service, or lack there of, has also been a hassle. The phone rings and rings with no answer or ability to leave a voicemail. You can only "talk" with someone through a message board-type of post on their website. I'm just upset that I have paid money for my product and I'm afraid I'll never receive it.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order, but at this point I don't want to pay for it. I have been patient, but the lack of customer service and lack of timely delivery should void my payment.

The sign I ordered was described online as a "rustic wooden" sign. There's nothing rustic or wooden about it. The sign is piece of lightweight mortarboard, painted black. I ordered the sign in November, and it was delivered January 15th! Would never buy anything from this company. I thought I could trust it because it's an American company. So much for that.
Ordered a monogram wall hanging on Oct 2. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to receive. I am now on week 9. You cannot reply to their emails and their phone number has a busy signal. It tells you to submit a ticket to check on your order status. Unfortunately, after you have logged in and go to submit a ticket, it suddenly tells you that you have to log in. Once you try logging in again for the ticket, it says you don't have an account. Clearly that is not the case since I was JUST logged in under my account. Basically they have no way of contacting them about it. Do not purchase from them if you want anything sent on time. No customer service what so ever and I'm still in limbo wondering if I'll get my order....
I placed an order via Groupon from this business. The products looked wonderful. I ordered a cork keeper on December 2nd. It is now January 11th, and I still have not received my item. The company does not respond to customer emails regarding their orders. I sent about 5 or 6. I actually had to contact someone via Etsy to get her to have someone to email me back. Once they finally did, they told me they would have my order out the week of December 29th. Once it did not come, I emailed again and they told me they don't know why anyone would tell me that, it wasn't coming and they had no ETA.
They also don't have phone support. I've since done research to find many people have complained to Revdex.com, and they have a facebook page which customers complain about their same experiences as mine.
I finally contacted Groupon, and they gave me my money back. They don't care about their customers. Don't even bother with this company.
Review: I ordered 2 custom engraved cutting boards on Nov 8th, 2015. It has been 3 months and I have received only one board. I have tried to contact the company numerous times through their online portal but they either do not respond or respond with a generic email that does not answer my questions or give me what I ask - an updated status. There is no phone number and any complaint or question posted to their facebook page gets deleted.
This was a Groupon deal and it's apparent they cannot handle the volume. The online reviews are horrible and there is even a "bad experience" consumer facebook page that was created just so people have a place to vent.Desired Settlement: I request either a partial refund (half of order) or delivery of item.
Review: I bought an item from Morgann Hill Designs on Nov 25 2014 for a Christmas present. I've reached out to contact them. They have no phone number. You have to send a ticket ( which is like an email) and have asked several times where's my item. They have not told me where it was, but they say it's shipped in my order status but they said in a very general way that they are working to get everyone's orders out. Meaning it hasn't been shipping. I've sent them 30 and I really do mean 30 tickets/emails to find out where it's at, when it will be shipped. They do not respond or answer me. They were more than happy to take my money but have failed to honor their end. They said if I ordered it on Nov 25 it would arrive before Christmas and they lied. It's not jan 2 2015 and have yet to recieve it. I sent them other emails saying that my Aunt and uncle that this gift was for have already left and I asked if they could just ship it to them. They don't respond. I have no idea when my item will be here or even if I'm ever going to get it. I have no idea if this place is a scam or what. They only reason they even replied the one time was because I told them I was gonna contact you guys. I received one of the two items I ordered rather quickly within two weeks. The second and more expensive item has yet to be received. I have reached out via email as there is no phone number to actually speak with anyone. I have emailed and opened tickets at last 5 times in the last three weeks asking where my item is and even requesting a refund. This was a gift for my sister at xmas and I still have yet to receive the item. I received an email on Dec 23rd telling me that a ticket for pickup was created and would be emailed to me to track in 7 days and it is a month later and I still did not receive the item. I reached out shortly after that email and was told that on their end it looked like the USPS told them it was delivered however the ticket was not created with USPS it was created iwth number shows a ticket was created but never picked up.

Review: On October 3rd I purchased a deal for 2 monogram wall hangings from [redacted]. The site clearly said to expect 2-3 weeks for delivery, which would have put my order shipping on or around October 17. When I logged into the vendor site (Morgann Hill Designs) to finalize my purchase, their site said 3-4 weeks for shipment, which was still okay, because it would have gotten my order to me on or around October 31. On November 7th, five weeks after the order (having originally been quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery) I contacted both Morgann Hill Designs and [redacted] see when my purchase would arrive as I had not received any form of contact from either vendor. I feel as though both Morgann Hill Designs and [redacted] have taken me around and around and not answered any of my questions directly. [redacted] just directed me to the vendor (absolutely no assistance in the matter) and the vendor keeps telling me that my order will be shipping soon, without giving me any sort of expected shipment date even though I have repeatedly asked for it.
To make matters worse, [redacted] emailed me on November 9th with the same 'deal' for the monogram wall hanging with a expected delivery of 2-4 weeks. If a vendor can't ship on time the first time, they really shouldn't put that product back up for sale.Desired Settlement: Honestly, with this delivery time, I would like my products to be delivered and some sort of refund or store credit. I don't think it's right that a company can quote 2-3 weeks for delivery and take 7+ weeks.
