Got a groupon for this company and placed an order on December 21. As of Febuary 6, 2016, I'm still waiting for my order. I've contacted and and they said they would look in to it. That was on feb. 1. Contacted groupon and they said to contact the company.

I ordered a cutting board with Morgann Hill Design as well on Dec.08th, 2014 through Groupon. I sent tons of emails to the business for my order status. They never responded. I am in Canada. I even paid more shipping fees to them. I made complaints to groupon hope to get the refund. Groupon said they can do the refund in the beginning, then Groupon changed and said they have contacted Morgann Hill and the business will deliver my product shortly. I have been waiting for week and week. Still see NOTHING. I requested refund from groupon and the business. Looks like my request is being ignored. I would NEVER EVER buy anything from Morgann Hill Design and Groupon !!!!!!!

I WISH we had checked the Revdex.com before using this company. We bought a Groupon for them and wish I never even heard of them. We placed an order on 11/2 and the response was that it would be AT OUR DOOR in 30 -45 days. Well, we still have nothing. They have not responded to the 4 inquiries we submitted via their ticket system, their phone has been disconnected and their email address generates a generic email response blaming delays on them not expecting this much business. You cannot message them via Facebook, but I did send a tweet via Twitter to them, but of course...no response.

We ordered 2 custom cutting boards as Christmas gifts and will not be able to give them to my brothers this weekend.

I will be contacting Groupon and my credit card company for a full refund and I will never do business with the lousy company again. If you willingly offer deals and then due to the popularity of these deals, you don't ramp up your production, you FAIL as a business. Small business or not, they need to get their act together.

I am SO unimpressed with this company. I bought two cutting boards for a gift for Christmas and on the Groupon site, it says that all orders placed after November 30th would not have guaranteed arrival before Christmas. I figured I lucked out because I ordered November 25. I'm from Canada so I also paid $20 extra on shipping as well.

It is now December 18, and there is no number to call and these people don't reply to any of the open tickets / messages I have sent. Completely unbelievable. Calling Groupon to get a refund, if that doesn't work I will be opening a dispute with my credit card provider and I would suggest those who have also been scammed do the same.

Not only did my two cutting boards arrive a month after Christmas (they were promised before), they showed up without engraving as pictured online. I have contacted the company several times over the past 2 months and have only gotten automated generic responses. Very disappointed. Still cannot get in contact with the company to fix the engraving as shown in picture.

I purchased a Groupon and immediately placed an order for a custom cutting board for an anniversary gift. The order date was March 8, 2016 for the anniversary on July 15, 2016, plenty of time, right? Wrong! I genan emailing Morgann Hill mid april inquiring about the status of my order & was assured thst my order would ship within 45 days from the order date. 10 tickets later wherein I keep getting the same generic reply about extended production time, 5 or 6 unreturned voice mails and 2 escalation chats with Groupon, my issue remains unresolved. How this company staysbin business is a mystery to my, and I will ensurr thst I share this post with everyone possible. I feel this company is stealing from customers by taking their money and nevrr delivering the products. If I lived in this area you should believe that I would fight to get this business closed down.

I placed an order on February 22, 2016 and paid for it in full. Today is October 30 and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails and called numerous times and left messages. I have not once been able to speak to an actual person.I have asked to be contacted via phone...needless to say that has not happened. I have asked for my order even demanded my order or my money back. No response! Basically this company has pocketed my money. I consider that theft. Please do not use this company....I have read other complaints that are so similar to mine. This company has a habit of taking people's money and not honoring their order. I do not see how they call themselves a reputable company. All I want is for my order to be filled and sent to me. It is that simple. If they cannot do that...then send me a refund. Very bad experience!!

Over a 9 day period, I contacted Morgan Hill Designs 8 times in regards to a Groupon I purchased that was not being accepted. "[redacted]" NEVER answered questions directly and was not helpful at all. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Finally got a code that would work for signs but then shipping price nearly doubled from what was promised in Groupon deal. When I inquired about the shipping she never acknowledged the Groupon deal just that there was nothing she could do. I contacted Groupon and made them aware of the difficulties with this company and got a full refund.

I ordered a custom cutting board on 10/01/14 for a wedding gift. I received an email on November 11th with a fake tracking number (that's useless) saying that the product would be shipped on November 12th. The wedding was November 17th, and I had no gift. :( It's now November 26th and I still haven't received it.

I had placed an order on December 10th, 2015 for a Christmas gift for my family. I emailed them 2 weeks after the original delivery date since I had figured it was a busy holiday season. I can relate I have worked in retail for over 20 years myself. But here is it February 8th, 2016 and I have still yet to receive the product.
I don't think anyone should have a company when you are unable to keep up on orders. This company should be shut down for poor customer service and not delivering when they say so!!! I WILL NEVER EVER buy from you and WILL NEVER EVER recommend you to anyone I know or anyone I meet on the street. Its that bad!!!

This company is the worst joke I have ever dealt with! I ordered through a Living Social deal on November 23, 2014. On December 22 I opened a ticket requesting a status of my order as it was a Christmas gift for my nephew and his wife, no response. On December 23 I received an email saying the order was in "pre-shipping" and provided me with a tracking number. They asked to wait one week for the tracking number to activate, it never activated from the link provided. After 10 days I manually entered the tracking number in the USPS web site. It came up as the package had left the facility in Fallbrook, CA on December 23 with an ETA of December 26. Well it was already past December 26 so I called USPS who offered to track the lost package. USPS called me back the next day to say the package had not yet been dropped of at the USPS facility in Fallbrook! How is there info on the USPS website saying it shipped if it was never even dropped off??? I have opened a total of three tickets with this company with no response, the phone number is disconnected. At first I was just going to wait for the item since it was already late, but now I am so pissed I am going to attempt to get a refund. I wonder how is that going to work with no phone number or response to inquiries
This fiasco is beyond ridiculous. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life.

Terrible service.

After I placed my order in January, I waited the expected 45 day lead time. In March I submitted a ticket asking about the status of my order. I got a very impersonal response that kept repeating that they make everything by hand and they are experiencing longer than normal lead times (up to 45 days). They said it would be shipping in 5-10 business days, then I'd get a shipping number. I waited. After 11 days, I submitted another ticket asking about my order. I got the same canned response. So I called the customer service number listed online during their business hours. No response, so I left a voicemail. I submitted another ticket asking for a refund. I left another voicemail. I called the customer service phone number 70 times in a row during their posted business hours. Finally I started searching the company online. On their facebook page they listed that they no longer offer phone customer service, even though it's still listed online. I submitted 7 more tickets over that time. All of them went un-answered. They actually closed them without any response to me. So I finally called Groupon to get some help.

Finally after Groupon called them, I got a tracking number. AFTER I had requested a refund. So I figured I would just go ahead and receive my order. The shipping said it was picked up and it was priority 2 days shipping. Two days later, it still hadn't changed status. So I called USPS, they said they hadn't actually received the package, but the company had created the ticket. So again, I felt like they were lying to me. FINALLY after calling Groupon and USPS, the order shipped. Once it was out of Morgann Hill's hands, it shipped as it should and arrived within 2 days.

The product isn't bad, maybe not quite the quality I would expect for the price. But this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Also, I ordered the product in January to use in my June wedding. Needless to say it's now August and I just received my package. So I didn't have it for my wedding. :(

Overall, I wish this company would hire a full time customer service rep who actually responds. They need to bring back phone customer service. I couldn't talk to anyone, so I couldn't get my issue resolved.

Extremely disappointed.

I placed an order on December 10, 2016. After 3 ignored emails to the company my order finally arrived February 11,2016. There was never a response to any of my requests as to my order and the time frame.

Terrible company. I placed an order through Groupon on January 4, 2016. As of today, March 15, 2016, I still do not have my order. When trying to contact their customer service thru email, I have had a response back only 2 when I have emailed them at least ten times. The last contact was March 2, when I was told my order will ship in 5 days. I still do not have my order or a confirmation email stating that my order has shipped.
Please save your money, time and aggrevation and don't order from this company.

I bought a voucher on groupon for a personalized cork saver shadow box on Dec 6th 2015, I order my product and paid for shipping via paypal, my money was taken, the voucher code worked and a couple days later I received information that my product was going to be made, great! It is now February 15 and I haven't heard anything since, no one answers the phone, messages are not returned, and still no product has shown up at my door. I am quite upset as this was a gift and as you can imagine I did not have it to give, I still do not have it. Do NOT purchase from this company, they will scam you.

This company shouldn't be in business.
I placed an order with them and because I gave them a 2 star rating on Etsy and refused to change my rating to 5 stars like they requested. They put my order on hold and then cancelled it.
Between all the rude emails and Etsy conversations they truly lack professionalism.
I also reviewed them on Wedding Wire which Morgann Hill disputed that I had no business with them I'm glad I kept my receipts and could prove I certainly did!
I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone and I'd truly be surprised if they stayed in business over the next few years.
