DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order 2 custom cutting boards as gifts. They charge a separate shipping cost for each item (as they are designed and shipped separately). Their website does not allow for you to enter different shipping addresses. I contacted the company (their website only allows you to contact by email) to ask how to enter 2 different shipping addresses. They replied by saying "we can not combine shipping costs". I never asked them to combine shipping. So I sent another email clarifying my question. After TWO weeks they again replied with "we can not combine shipping costs". I then requested that someone please call me so I could speak with them on the phone and explain what I was trying to do. No one ever called. Their customer service is terrible. I am not at all surprised to see an "F" rating here.

I placed an order with Morgann Hill in November for a Christmas present. I purchased it through a Groupon. I sent an inquiry to Morgann Hill about the status and to confirm it would be ready prior to Christmas. I received a generic response stating that I now had a service ticket open and that my order was processing. They didn't offer any other update other than that, and they don't have a phone number to contact them. I called groupon at the beginning of January and they stated they would make an inquiry. I then received the following message from Morgann Hill. Needless to say my order still hasn't arrived. I spoke with Groupon again, and they decided to reimburse me for what I paid. It's unfo, because I didn't want the refund, I wanted the "thoughtful gift " I purchased. I spoke with a Groupon supervisor and asked if they were aware of all of the negative reviews Morgann Hill has, and why they are still selling additional Groupons for this company which has such poor ratings. They were unable to provide an answer for that question. I have learned a lesson, and am definitely going to do more research before making a purchase through groupon again....here is my response from Morgann Hill, which incidentally I was in the group that was supposed to have had my order in transit

While the overwhelming popularity of our products has been such a blessing, it has also caused an unexpected delay in our customer service department. We sincerely apologize for any delays with customer service responses. This email was sent to you specifically because you placed a ticket to check your order's status. Due to the holiday rush and the immense numbers of customers specifically checking status, we would like to answer your ticket by providing you a specific time frame when you may expect your order. This information is indeed supplied prior to placing an order; however, we understand many customers would like to have this status update as well. Please see below.
For Customers That Placed Orders Directly on Our Website:
All orders placed on and before 11-30 are completed. These orders are in transit or have been delivered.
Many orders placed between 11-30 and 12-09 are in transit, have been delivered, or will be delivered within the next several days.
Remaining un-shipped orders placed between 11-30 and 12-9 have been designed and created and are currently processing through our shipping department. These orders should all arrive within the next 2 weeks.
All orders placed after 12-9 are currently in production, we currently do not anticipate delays with these orders and they should ship close to all estimated lead times.
Again, please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience the delayed fulfillment of certain orders has caused. Rest assured that we are creating your order.

I cannot add anything to what others have said below. The company is uncommunicative. I ordered my item on 11/30/14 and have yet to receive it. They have sent me generic emails but there does not seem to be a reliable way to reach them.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

The sign I ordered was described online as a "rustic wooden" sign. There's nothing rustic or wooden about it. The sign is piece of lightweight mortarboard, painted black. I ordered the sign in November, and it was delivered January 15th! Would never buy anything from this company. I thought I could trust it because it's an American company. So much for that.

Living social deal. Almost 90 days later, product still hasn't arrived. Company is completely unresponsive. They created a shipping label, but never shipped the product. This company is a complete scam.

I am also a very upset customer. I placed an order on December 1, 2014 and it is January 15, 2015 and I have still not received my order. When I contacted customer service I received an email that gave me the same info on their website that my order was either shipped or in the process of being shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't comment on the actual product because I ordered it MONTHS ago as a Christmas present and I still don't have it. The most frustrating thing is that I've been vigilant following up on my order. Every time I've emailed them they've told me it will ship in 7-10 days. Then to add insult to injury I get an email from them yesterday basically asking that I don't report their terrible service. I understand they are a small company, but they should have taken that into account when they chose to advertise a groupon. I'm just disgusted with this company and would encourage everyone to avoid shopping with them.

I ordered items in mid November with a promise for Christmas delivery. I never received anything and finally on January 23rd I was able to get a refund through Groupon. Morgann Hill is beyond bad, you cannot contact them to speak to anyone human as they will not publish a phone number, they take between 3 to 5 days to reply to email and then send you a "canned" response and more empty promises or more accurately more lies. They sent me a USPS tracking number on January 2nd and stated it would be active within 7 days and as of the 23rd it still is not active, however when I look on their web site to check status it indicates "shipped". For the life me I don't understand how this company has not been shut down for internet fraud. Do not waste your time, money or gray hair on this Company.

I placed an order with Morgan Hills on 11/17. I have since tried to reach them through email, since there is no phone number listed. They have yet to respond to my emails. I send one on 12/1 and another on 12/8. Their website states they will reply within 24 hours. I ordered something to be a gift, but now that I am receiving no information from them, I am assuming they are not processing my order, yet they have taken my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
NO customer service number, emails are not returned, no way to contact them through Facebook or their website.

DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered 2 cutting boards (through Living Social vouchers I purchased) on October 16th. I ordered through their website, as required. When ordering I was asked if I would like to set up an account, I selected YES but no account was established. I waited for a confirmation email of my purchase ....I never got one. I emailed the company (the only way you can communicate) and asked if they received both orders.

On Oct 17th "[redacted]" emailed me back and said yes, both orders were received. I waited and waited and on Nov 21 I emailed back asking if I would be notified when the items shipped. That same day they emailed me back and said yes and apologized for the delay, said it wouldn't ship for another 10-18days and emailed me a 20% off my next purchase coupon.

On December 3rd I emailed again. That same day they emailed me back and said I would get a shipping email that week. I responded inquiring about the delay and they did not reply.

On December 8th I emailed again...no response. I looked up their ETSY store and found a phone number. The phone had been disconnected. I emailed again today...still no response.

I contacted Living Social (I bought the vouchers to purchase the cutting boards through them) and they are now investigating and will get back to me.

This business should not be allowed to operate on ETSY or through GROUPON and LIVING SOCIAL. Please do not waste your money...this is the worst company (if you can even call it that) that I have ever done business with.

I ordered a wedding present through groupon that was said to arrive 4-6 weeks later. I waited til the 7th week called them was told that they were in really behind but it would be processed soon. 3 months later.... Still no item and I can't get them on the phone now. Needless to say the couple did not get their wedding present.

I placed an order on Novemebr 2, 2014 eight weeks later I'm still waiting. Christmas came and went and no order. Everyone who has reviewed Morgann Hill Designs has stated the truth. This company will steal your time and money. I bought it through Groupon thinking it was a great deal. It turned out to be a great nightmare. I've contacted the company via email since they DO NOT have a contact number and have received the same fraudulent response. They sent a tracking number which is clearly bogus. I contacted the United States Postal Service about the tracking number which was sent to me by Morgann Hill Designs. The United States Postal Service stated the tracking number is very unusual and suspicious. I was advised to contact my bank for a refund since Moragnn Hill Designs will no longer respond to my requests for my order or a refund. They will take your order and your money, but WILL NEVER send you anything except a bogus tracking number. It's a SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!

This was an absolute horrible experience for me. I waited 2 months for my order. The website says 3-4 weeks.
Within those 2 months I contacted them twice via email. I would have called except there is no phone number. I finally heard from them after 1.5 months and they said another 8-12 business days . Now I finally received the package. Not only was it stuffed so tightly in a flat rate envelope with no wrapping on the actual product, but I only received half of the order!!!! I'm totally pissed. After 2 months I have to wait again for the rest. I don't even want it now. I honestly want my money back although I doubt that will happen given the fact that I can't get in touch with them. Oh btw....There was a sticker on the wood that left a mark when I took it off.
Bottom line.. lead time way too long

Packaging was lousy.
I own a small business myself and I hate to leave a negative review, for I despise when people leave one for me, but what's right is right and I'm just being honest.

I placed an order on Dec 2, 2014 through living social. Was told it would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Have not received it and had to email company twice just to get the same blanket response they are sending to everyone. Wish I had looked at this site first! Guess my Husband won't get his Christmas present.

I am exactly in the same boat as other customers. I purchased 2 items through a Groupon, which was not properly advertised with their terrible production/lead times. Only after you purchase the Groupon, make the product on their website and put it in the shopping cart with the Coupon code, does the disclaimer pop up that they are on a 45 day delay. I prepared myself for not receiving it in time for Christmas, but now it has been 51 days later, and STILL NOTHING. I wrote an inquiry through their website weeks ago and received a generic automated message on 1/16. Nothing specific to my order and when it will arrive. This is extremely embarrassing that I still do not have Christmas gifts to give my relatives on January 27th!!! What terrible business!!!

I myself ordered a cutting board from this company 11/12/2015 as of today 12/09/2015 just shy of an exact month I have yet to get any tracking info from this company.
This was to be a Christmas gift, that if not shipped soon will not be here in time for Christmas. I have emailed 2 times and get no response back. I also tried to call the phone# I find online, however seems that is not a valid phone # either.
I would like to an update on this order with shipping details, showing I will receive in time for Christmas or I want a full refund.

We have reviewed buyers order - we did communicate with customer giving updates as quickly as we had them & apologizing for any and all delays. We had a very busy holiday season which did lead to unforeseen delays, we continually apologized. Buyers order does show delivered...

I ordered my "Love Story" wall art on 11/27/14. They didn't ship it out till after Christmas, but sent me my "tracking" information on 12/23/14. They didn't actually ship it till a week later. When I finally got the product, it was CROOKED. I have sent pictures and still no response. All I want is a product that looks good and what I paid for. I would NEVER recommend them. Horrible communication and horrible customer service. They should have limited how many livingsocial coupons they give out if they can meet the demand. I wasn't rushing to get it, luckily it wasn't a gift so they could have just told me it would be a little longer and sent me something quaility instead of some piece sitting on my table :(.

The customer service and delivery service are terrible. I ordered a custom piece a week prior to the "deadline" for Christmas delivery. For three weeks now, my status is "pending shipment." When I submitted a "ticket" (the only way to contact the company) via the website, it took me sending 3 tickets, one ticket every 2 days, and contacting Groupon, for them to respond. The response I received did not address any of my questions (sent 7 days prior to Christmas). 1. Am I going to receive my order prior to Christmas. 2. If I don't receive it prior to Christmas, am I going to get a refund? The response was that they are a SMALL business and they have been overwhelmed with orders since they offered a Groupon. These small businesses need to be able to deliver what they say they will do and need to realize that a Groupon will significantly increase orders and they need to be able to handle it.
