We reached out to her via email and provided an explanation.We understand Ms. [redacted] returned merchandise for an exchange. She states she did not receive an exchange for the items but still got charged and is... being charged $23.29 plus a late fee. Ms. [redacted] is requesting to have the charge and late fee removed. Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] contacted our contact center on 2/20/17 regarding her exchange. She was advised the merchandise she returned for an exchange was received on 12/09/16 and a refund in the amount of $31.14 was issued to her Woman Within credit card. Unfortunately, the new size she requested for an exchange was sold out. Our customers are not charged for merchandise until it is shipped; therefore, she was not charged for the exchange.FullBeauty Brands (d/b/a Woman Within) cannot assist Ms. [redacted] with her Woman Within credit card. Comenity Bank is an unrelated third party and FullBeauty Brands (d/b/a Woman Within) does not have the ability to accept payments or remove fees and interest. The Comenity Bank insisted they had mailed the first statement and the credit card which they did notThe Comenity Bank had very bad rating on the search recordThe employee at the Comenity Bank are telling different answers if you call for instruction and they are on purpose cheating their customers

We have received the complaint that you sent to the Revdex.com regarding the above-noted account Comenity Bank issues ASHLEY STEWART® credit card accounts, and we are here to help answer your account-related questions Your complaint was forwarded to my attention, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your concerns You state you have not charged anything on the above-referenced account since December 2015, and on March 18, 2016, you called to pay the bill completely off You listened to the automated system to get the total balance, and the automated system said that it was $194.55, which you paid in full You received a collection call on July 6, 2016, saying you had a balance due of $96.33; however, you refused to pay because you knew that you did not charge anything new You were transferred to customer service and the representative you spoke with explained that there was $in interest and the rest was late fees The representative deducted the interest but had to send an email to her supervisor to remove the late fees, which may or may not appear on the next statement You further state that although you asked the representative to remove the negative mark on your credit report, because this was not your fault, she was not able to confirm that it would be removed You are requesting to have your credit restored, the negative mark on your credit report removed, and all late fees removed We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this matter may have caused you Please keep in mind that when payments are not received, are received after the due date, or are made for less than the minimum payment required, the account may be assessed a late fee and finance charge, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Credit Card Agreement On February 15, 2016, a billing statement was issued reflecting a balance of $194.55, and a minimum payment due of $by March 12, On March 18, 2016, you made a payment over the telephone using the Bank’s automated service, in the amount of $ Because the payment was received after your due date, a late fee and a finance charge were assessed to the account Statements continued to be issued monthly; and as such, the account was not accurately reflecting the full balance owed, including the fees The representative also stated that she would credit the finance charges assessed to the account, and that she would contact her supervisor to have the late fees removed The representative also stated that she requested to have the negative payment information removed; Dear [redacted] ***We received your complaint, submitted to the Revdex.com, regarding the above-noted accountAs the bank that issues your Victoria’s Secret/PINK credit card, we are here to help answer all account-related questionsYour complaint was forwarded to my attention for review, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.Your complaint states that you returned two items to Victoria’s Secret in April/May 2015, in the amount of $75.29, and you have not received credit to your accountYou also state that you contacted Victoria’s Secret regarding the credit and you were advised that the refund was issued in March, which was prior to the purchaseYou have also stated that you were sent gift cards and have called every two weeks since May 1, and still no refundYou are requesting a credit of the merchandise to your account and you would like an extra gift card for the months of hassle to resolve this situation.Please be assured that after researching the Bank’s records and speaking with Victoria’s Secret, here is what we confirmedThe original purchase was made on March 28, 2015; however, both swimwear items were on backorderThe bathing suit top was processed on March 29, 2018, and shipped to you on March 30, At this time, your Victoria’s Secret/PINK credit account was charged $On March 30, 2015, the bathing suit bottom was processed, and shipped to you on March 31, At this time, your Victoria’s Secret/PINK credit account was charged $Both charges reflected on the April billing statement that was issued to you by Comenity Bank.On July 17, 2015, you contacted Victoria’s Secret stating that you had returned both items and did not receive creditAlthough Victoria’s Secret showed no items being returned, you were issued a manual refundBecause the items were considered returned beyond days of the purchase, you were advised that you would be issued merchandise credits in the amounts of $and $13.69.On August and August 26, 2015, you contacted Victoria’s Secret stating that you did not receive the merchandise certificatesTherefore, new certificates were requested to be sent to youThe $was issued on August 27, 2015; however, the $was still pending in their system.In order to resolve this situation, Victoria’s Secret has voided both certificates and issued credits to your Victoria’s Secret/PINK account for $and $These credits will post to your credit card account within 3-business days.Please note that Victoria’s Secret was not able to redact the mailed certificate for $issued on August 27, 2015; however, the gift card has been voidedTherefore, please discard when received, as it no longer has any value.Comenity Bank and Victoria’s Secret respectfully decline your request for additional compensationIf you have further questions about the orders, returns, or credits, we encourage you to contact Victoria’s Secret directly at ###-###-####.You are a valued customer and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you have experienced as a result of this situationIf you have further questions about the account, please do not hesitate to contact me at ###-###-####, ext [redacted] (TDD/TTY ###-###-####)I will be happy to assist you.Sincerely,Shawnda Y [redacted]
