The statements made in the response I find unacceptableI did call customer service and them stating that I they have no record of the call is bogus but not surprisingAnd I say that because the person I called and spoke with to discuss my order is the one that told me they could not do anything to help meWhen I asked to speak to transfer me to the complaint department, she stated that she takes complaintsNo business should not have a complaint departmentI asked to speak to her supervisor and she put me on hold and then said her supervisor was busy but that her response would be the sameSo to receive a response from the customer response specialist that they have NO record of my call, I am not surprised to hearI did in fact call customer service and I have the phone records to prove it.Also, the "thorough" review of my account is also inaccurateI have an email (see attached) dated April 24th with a bill for $119.69, and the response letter from them is dated 4/So there was NO thorough reviewReferencing a purchase almost a year ago would not justify me filing a Revdex.com claim this far out.The concern is that I put in my MC to have the purchase applied to that card, but it was instead charged to my Avenue Credit CardI will be closing my Avenue account to avoid any further "mishaps" of this nature in the futureAnd will no longer be making online purchases with this companyOr frequent their store locationsThere business practices, including their customer service I find to be unacceptableAs well as the response received Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We always paid between the 1ith and 19th The business processes the payment a week later which they do on purpose to charge their customers late fees There were only two instances that we paid after the 19th Regards, [redacted]
We are in receipt of your complaint regarding the above-referenced account. Comenity Bank issues wayfair® credit card accounts, and we respond to all account-related questions. Your complaint, addressed to the RevDex.com, was forwarded to my attention, and I appreciate the opportunity... to respond to your concerns. In your complaint you state you ordered furniture from wayfair® and a problem occurred with your first monthly payment posting to your wayfair® credit card account. You state that you contacted Comenity Bank, and were advised the payment made on May 20, 2016, was returned with an error message of “incorrect information”. You then immediately paid the balance in full. A few weeks later you attempted to use the account; however, you were advised that the account was on hold, due to the returned payment. You have returned some merchandise and state you should have a refund of $177.00. You are requesting the $177.00 refund be sent via automated clearing house (ACH), and you feel you are owed interest for the delay in the credit posting to your way fair® account. We apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you. Please note, I have attempted to contact you at the phone number ending in 6177, to verify information in-order to submit your refund electronically; unfortunately, my attempts have been unsuccessful. Therefore, I requested your refund to be sent to you via direct mail. Please be advised that since then, you have contacted the Bank and provided your personal account information and an electronic refund was requested for you on August 15, 2016. Therefore, we have placed a stop payment on the refund check that was issued by mail. Please destroy the check upon receipt. If the check is deposited, it will be returned unpaid, and may result in fees being assessed to your bank account. Comenity Bank would like to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this matter may have caused you. Please note, when a payment has been returned on a new account, the system will automatically place a 90 day restriction/hold on the account. This hold prohibits the accountholder from making new purchases. Within the 90 day interval, the accountholder will have to build a valid payment history with Comenity Bank by making consecutive on-time payments for three months, or if there is no balance, three months of inactivity on the account. In addition, the Bank respectfully declines your request for interest on the refund.I hope you find this information to be helpful.
