If the the audio tape was reviewed, than somebody would have heard MrM [redacted] say over the phone that I am only supposed to be charged $1,dollars How I am at fault? The fact that I called when I had not received my December statement should be taken into accountWhen I did call the credit card's customer service number and I was told no "payment due at this time"Because of that, I waited to pay my billAt the very least, Comenity Bank could offer to split the $late fee with meBut it seems this bank has very poor customer service which is why I decided to close my account
