Roman # # The customer called to schedule an appointment on 12/30/She stated that she was hearing, “Popping noises and buzzing sounds coming from the panel or the A/C", and that they had only partial powerWe dispatched one of our top technicians out to the homeUpon arrival, he performed our standard point visual electrical inspection and found that the customer had a [redacted] panelThese panels are outdated, obsolete, and have many documented inherent safety issuesAt this point, the customer was given three options to insure the safety of the homeThe customer authorized option one with a signature Option one included a new meter, new riser, new panel, labeling of panel, new grounding system, and a whole home surge protectorIn addition to authorizing the service work, the customer was also informed in writing that if any breakers trip after the installation, it will not be covered under our warrantyThe reason for this is as follows: The [redacted] have documented safety issuesOne of which is the breakers do not trip when overloadedIn saying that, once the new panel is installed, it is not uncommon for a breaker to trip because the new, safe panel is now doing its job and not allowing the electrical system to be overloadedWe have documentation to support thisOnce the new panel was installed on 12/31/14, all electrical issues (unusual noises and partial power issues) were resolvedAfter we installed the new panel and everything was working, we then replaced the wire and the conduit between the new panel and the A/C at no additional chargeThis is normally a charge of $We did this because the original wire and conduit had been chewed up by the dogs and was filled with waterIt simply seemed like the right thing to doWe have photos of damaged the wiresWe then suggested the customer call an [redacted] to hook up the low voltage wires as they were in need of repair as wellWe have photos of these as wellThe result of our service call was that all power was restored to the entire home, a new panel had been installed, tested and labeledLastly, the [redacted] was called to inspect our work and we passed the inspection without issueThe client was happy and we heard nothing until 1/15/15, when we were notified by the credit card company that the cardholder/customer was disputing the entire chargeWe were shocked because the customer had stated how happy she was with the serviceThere was no notification to us otherwiseOn 1/15/12015, the customer then called and told that us her [redacted] was tripping the breakerAlthough the customer signed documentation explaining that we are not liable for tripping breakers, Mister Sparky sent a service tech to the home to assess the concernThe technician advised the customer that the circuit breaker was performing properly and a supervisor will be in contactOn 1/16/the supervisor went to the customers home to address the concerns once againThe supervisor took load calculation on the [redacted] circuit and determined it was using [redacted] ***, and running illegally to an extension cordWe have photos of thisThe customer did not understand the problem and wanted to speak to one of the ownersSo, our [redacted] of Mister Sparky, contacted the customer in regards to her concernsDuring the phone conversation she was advised that Mister Sparky would come out and add a circuit just for the [redacted] at no expense to the customerAt some point during the phone conversation, the customer advised the [redacted] that she had another call and stated she would call him backAt that point, we still had no closureThe next conversation was between the [redacted] , [redacted] , and customerThe purpose was to address her concern and find closureMister Sparky offered to install a new [redacted] circuit at no charge, even though it is stated in the signed paperwork that Mister Sparky is not liable for tripping breakersWe wanted to deliver the customer service above and beyond our promise of excellenceOn 3/20/2015, we sent our [redacted] to the home to install the circuit for the [redacted] When he arrived the [redacted] was not plugged in to the power strip as it was when the supervisor was on siteWe were then told by the customer that the stove was not working, and she wants an [redacted] to verify that there are no issues with the outside unit; although it is running nowCustomer was advised again that Mister Sparky can’t accept responsibility for issues not connected to her original electrical issuesThe customers claim to the Revdex.com is that after we installed the panel, a wire going from the panel to the A/C, then shorted and damaged their [redacted] ***, although the A/C is running nowCustomer stated that she hired a licensed [redacted] to inspect the [redacted] ***, and was told that a “true test” could not be done until mid-summer when the compressor would be running at full capacityIn response to that, we called the owner of [redacted] ***, [redacted] , who has been in this business for over years [redacted] is also a [redacted] [redacted] said I could quote the following: “If there is a short between the [redacted] and the panel, the [redacted] would NOT turn on at all.” In saying that, given the [redacted] is running, we are unclear as to what the problem is hereMister Sparky feels like we have gone above and beyond to work and address this customer concernsAll original electrical problems were resolved at the initial installation, and the technician checked all circuits and appliances while labeling the new electrical panelIf there were issues with the [redacted] , stove, or [redacted] ***, this would have been determined during this timeMister Sparky is a Revdex.com A+ rated business and a Revdex.com Pinnacle Award WinnerWe have a Net Promoter Score of We have won several awards for our outstanding serviceIf we believe we have made a mistake, we will fix itWe are sorry that the customers are not happyWe waived the service fee of $We discounted their services by $and did an additional installation of $All this consideration before the customers claims were made

Rohmel Wcame to our house for a yearly inspectionHe was professional, business like and friendlyWhen finished with inspection he set down and went over everythingWe believe he has our safety in mind and will be back again next yearHe also signed my husband up for a veteran membership, which was great Thanks

We were out at the customers house and we advised them that they needed a panel replacementWe told them that we could do a temporary fix of replacement of two breakers but told them that this would not permanently fix their problemThey have called in multiple times wanting us to fix their problemEach time we tell them that they need to replace their electrical panel and they refused to do so

No one told me that this financing would be in the form of a credit cardMy name is misspelled on the card and I did not authorize this cardThe work they were to do was only supposed to be $and they did NOT do the workThis credit card already has a charge for the amount on itThey are lying

To Whom It May Concern,The allegations made toward Eagle Auto Repair are falseMr [redacted] first encounter with Eagle was when he contacted the owner, [redacted] , claiming he needed the valve cover gaskets replacedHe then brought the car to the shop and [redacted] said he would not be able to replace the gaskets but his brother [redacted] would fix itWhen Mr [redacted] came he mentioned he had just purchased the vehicle a few days before he brought the vehicle into the shopUpon further examination [redacted] asked Mr [redacted] why the inside of the hood was burnt and some of the hoses in the motorMr [redacted] said the vehicle caught fire because of how badly the oil was leaking [redacted] was not able to test drive the vehicle because of how bad the oil leak wasUpon replacing the valve covers the car did not want to start so we informed Mr [redacted] that we would take his vehicle to [redacted] garage [redacted] was able to get the car runningHe said the timing was off and one cylinder had no compressioninitially we were going to charge Mr [redacted] $for replacement of the valve cover gaskets but we only charged him $which was the cost that [redacted] had charged to get his car running and Mr [redacted] was given the receiptIn our opinion Mr [redacted] bought a vehicle that was not in great running condition and is trying to get more money for something that we are not responsible forFurther, more we have been in business for over years and have never had an incident were a vehicle has bumped Into another vehicle and caused damaged at our place of businessMr [redacted] was allegedly given an estimate by [redacted] to fix compression issue on vehicle for $which is a whole other issue and problem the car hasMr [redacted] brought his vehicle to the replace valve covers because of the oil leak which we didWhen he took the vehicle the car was no longer leaking oil which is what he brought the car in forAs far as I am concerned the work we did on Mr [redacted] vehicle is doneThe fact that he has low compression on his cylinder could be a result of the oil leak the vehicle had which resulted in internal damageBut is not a result from the repairs we didTherefore I don't believe I owe or should have to pay $to Mr [redacted] for issues the vehicle already had prior to bringing in his vehicle to the shop

Unfinished job Hi there My name is [redacted] I hired southern home setters,LLC to set up a mobile home on my lot, we signed the contract on November, but Joshua Jwho is my contractor never finished the job until today wich is about five months ago, I always try to get in touch with him he used to answer a week later then a month later and now he doesn't even answer my calls, and the county wanted some forms that he needs to submit but he does respond And it's been so long waiting for him and now I wanna get someone else to finish tge job , and I would like to know if there is a way to het my money from the contractor because I already paid him

I have been a black card member for years with Planet FitnessI have been charged $a month and $annually for my membershipI went to facility on Saturday May 27th to "transfer" my membership from me to my husbandI was told that I couldn't "transfer" that I would have to cancel my membership and that he would have to pay to join prorate and then $which equaled $I was then told that I would be charged June 1st for MY membership fee of $I told the girl that I was working with that I cancelled so I shouldn't be charged the annual fee of $and she said she couldn't stop itShe then told me that my husband would be charged $July 17th and another membership fee of $by July 31stThey had already pulled out MY payment of $on the 17th of MaySo, ,what I am disputing is I want my prorate for the month of May given back to me since I cancelled by the end of the month along with the $since I cancelled my membership prior to June 1st

I am rejecting this response because: They made an unauthorized charge, on a credit card I did not authorize, for work that was not performed. However they want to characterize it, as a credit card or available line of credit, I did not intend to open a $6,account. I don’t wish to open any giant line of credit when I only was considering $1,of financed work . I did not and do not wish to have ANY extra capacity, and I was completely mislead. The fact that they made a charge to the card for work that wasn’t performed is also not acceptable. I spoke with *** Bank and they confirmed that this was indeed a credit card, and that charges had been attempted by MrSparky.I will get a copy of this information from the Fraud department so you can have it as part of the fileAlso, the name on my card is misspelled. My name on the estimate is misspelled in the same way . I think they lifted my info and misled me into giving enough additional information to apply for this credit card. My credit has been effected by this. I don’t care how MrSparky wants to characterize it, I did not give permission for thisThese folks have complaints with you already. I should have been more careful

Planet fitness refuses to cancel my monthly membership due to an outstanding balanceI called *** ***, the company in charge of billing management, and was told that the late fees occurred when planet fitness was transferring accounts to *** *** from their previous management group and that this was not my faultDespite explaining this to the Washington Street planet fitness they refuse to end my membership until the balance is paid in fullPlanet fitness has my routing number and there is no reason for there to be an outstanding balance.every payment for last three years has been on time except for the ones that were a result of planet fitness errorManagement has been very unhelpful and rude

This information is not correctWe explained to the homeowner that this was simply going to be a Band-Aid fix because they needed a new breaker boxThey refused to replace the breaker box and even signed off on a sheet saying they knew the issues with their breaker boxWe did everything that we could with the homeowners permission

The references made in this claim are completely falseWe replaced a panel and service for Ms*** on April 19, and she paid in fullThe work was inspected by Saint Louis County Electrical departmentMs*** wanted ADDITIONAL work done and we could not come to terms on the price or the
scope of work, so we advised her to find another contractor who could help herShe is upset that we did not complete ADDITIONAL UN PAID work for her for freeThat is where her "unsatisfaction" comes in to playEVerything we did for Ms*** was completed and paid for in full and Ms*** signed off on the work that was done
