I would like to take the time to let your know the excellent job that was done on the replacement of our roof at 2 of our residences due to hail damage.

You greeted the insurance adjuster at my homes and had an estimate and check within an hour of arriving. Your team of roof installers were prompt and did an exceptional job to include cleanup. Any and all questions I had about the process were immediately answered and never had a problem contacting you at any point. Amazing customer service and my only job was enjoying my new roof’s at both of my homes.

I highly recommend Mills Siding and Roofing. Emeliano solicited my business, knowing I had recently experienced a major hail storm. He was courteous and forthright, but not obnoxious. He was friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He guided me through the insurance claim, and was there every step of the way. On the day of the job, two weeks earlier than promised, his crew was here just after 7am. They were very polite and friendly. I couldn't help but like them. They tore if the roof of my garage and home, and re-shingled them both, complete with proper ventilation on the house, in under 12 hours. The roof now is new and beautiful. I am confidently looking forward to Winter under my Mills roof.

After golf ball sized hail damaged my roof in Battle Creek on June 1, roofing companies decended on my neighborhood. Many were high pressure and pushy. I had 3 different inspections done. Andrew of Mills was the most professional and honest about what needed to be done. I am so glad I went with Mills.
They handled everything. Andrew met my Insurance adjuster and completely inspected my property, finding damage I had not even thought of. They approved the repairs and Andrew and Mills did the rest. They pulled city permits, had me on the schedule for rapid replacement, tore off and replaced the roof expertly in 2 days! The crew was efficient and extremely hard working in 100 degree heat index! Very pleased with the clean up around the house.

He worked directly with our Home Owner's Insurance Company. The work looks great. Feel very lucky to have had Mills and Zach take care of our project.
