Mills Siding & Roofing

Our subdivision was hit hard by a hail and wind storm. We got flooded by contractors trying to lock you in to signing their paperwork so they could do the repair work on our home.
I have to set the tone here by saying I personally know 3 people who were duped by roofing companies, with one having to go through the court system to prove the company attempted to take advantage of them. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement!
That's when I met Johnny from Mills Roofing. I'm a good judge of character since I've been in the investigative field for the past 20 plus years of my career and there was something different about him. The man knows his job and he had answers to my many questions. He had patience and never pushed anything on me. In fact, he was so confident in his company and their work-he didn't have to push.
When it came to dealing with my insurance company, and the inspector they hired to cut corners, Johnny was present, up on the roof with him, standing by making sure my rights were not being taken advantage of. I had developed a bond with him because he earned my trust, but this solidified that emotion and I knew I wanted him in charge of my repair work.
I had contact with others in my neighborhood who all spoke highly about Johnny and his dedication to his job. He stood up when one of my neighbors was being taken advantage of by his insurance company and was up on their roof for the second inspection pointing out damage to be documented.
It's comforting to know there are still good people out here that care about us and will stand up for what's right. I met that man (Johnny) and Mills Roofing is a better company with him on their payroll. He turned a skeptic into a believer and the company performed every bit as solid as he said they would.
To Mills Roofing-to a man named Johnny-you've earned my respect and I highly recommend you both to anybody looking to have repair work completed. You have my word they can be trusted.

A hailstorm in June of this year, caused significant storm damage to my roof. Zach Diamantoni from Mills Siding & Roofing was out the next day, inspecting the damage and also took pictures. He recommended I contact my insurance company and they indicated they were always satisfied working with Mills. The workers did an excellent job on my roof and cleaned up so well, you wouldn't know they'd been there. Zach was wonderful to work with as he helped me decide what color tiles to select and I couldn't be happier. My neighbors have told me how great the roof looks. He also contacted me throughout the process to see how things were going and came out to inspect the work. Mills was to return to my house to fix the caulking around my windows. I left two messages for a return call and no body gave me a response. The caulking around my windows is a mess.

Mills experience in July 2019 for hale damage to our entire roof.I want to share an evaluation of my contact with Mills starting after the worse hale storm in recent memory in Battle Creek, with baseball size hale. It was the June 1 or 2nd. After calling my insurance agent and following up with Mills my troubles were over. On referral to Mills I made contact with the Mills sales representative Zack at my house. We got a thorough update on roofing materials etc., we had not redone the roof since we first bought the house. Zack patiently showed us the new products and the pros and cons of each type. He is extremely knowledgeable concerning all matters on a roof replacement, cost, time schedule for the crew, everything. His experience really paid off in making our decision. He was consistent in details and the facts of life and replacing a roof. The Mills operation was something to see from start to clean up. The company was prompt and kept their word on all matters and handle every question in detail. Zack "held our hands" through the entire operation. He saw to it the shrubs and trees and plants got special protection like the neighbors and I never have seen before. Its no wonder their reputation and word of mouth referrals are what they are. My wife and I had no worries, Zack was on top of everything and checked in our progress frequently and answered my phone call questions. The oversight of Zack of the Mills crew was outstanding and exceeded expectations. We know a great deal about what should be done to the roof to ensure a long life expectancy. It was nothing like the previous roofing outfit by a huge margin. Mills fixed the mistakes of the last roof job and now we got more than our moneys worth. That's why I referred Mills and Zack to neighbors who also sustained damage. Zack took the worry and anxiety out of our the hale headache.
