Our experience with Mills was absolutely fantastic! Austin P. came by offering to check out our roof for hail damage at no cost and spent some time that afternoon with us talking through issues we didn't even know we had (visually with pictures - no smoke and mirrors). After that he helped us navigate the process with our insurance company, which went surprisingly smoothly, and then got things scheduled in what I can only assume was a very busy schedule for them (as they have done a TON of roofs in our sub division over the past few months).
Their crew onsite was prompt every day; thorough about packing up and not having a bunch of stuff just lying around from one day to the next; and did a great job of getting things cleaned up - meticulous in fact.
Austin was super accommodating when it came to meeting up to finalize the last insurance check payment, and just made the experience an overall "non event".
The mark of a good operation is often measured by customer service and the finished product... Both of which were great in our instance. But the more impressive stat is that they continue to execute in this same way across many customers, as I talked to several of my neighbors in our sub about their experience and every one of them had the same feedback. These guys are worth your time and consideration.

Earlier this year I had wind and hail damage to my roof and was dreading the process of finding a good contractor and negotiating with the insurance company. I had seen signs in the neighborhood for Mills Siding and Roofing and decided to give them a call. I talked directly to Austin Priebe and he came out the next day to review my roof. He was on time and very knowledgeable about both the roofing process and dealing with the insurance company. He came back again and met directly with the insurance adjuster. Once we had approval from the insurance company every step of the process was scheduled and on time. Great quality roof, clean up was impeccable and because of Austin’s help, dealing with the insurance company was a breeze. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new roof!

Mills and the lead contact person, Zach, did an excellent job putting on our new roof. Zach walked us through the whole process, carefully and completely. The customer service that Austin provided was exemplary; Austin proved to be a customer advocate when dealing with our insurance requirements, and was quite knowledgeable about the process.The timeline was efficient and the work done in a timely manner. Clean-up was exceptional; we found little to debris (zero flat tires from nails!).
