It is inexplicable to me why your company would provide screws that WERE too long. Also, your company demonstrated poor customer service by showing non responsiveness to a customers concerns and inquiries that is, until the Revdex.com was contacted.Obviously the stops you referred to were ineffective. I am concerned for other customer who may purchase the same products and will also experience a similar situation. My television was perfectly functional until the use of your product. Your company should be accountable for the products it provides.

I can only give you a full refund for the parts your purchased and the shipping and handling. I do not cover any service calls. J&J International only can reimburse for the purchase of parts.

I am rejecting this response because:
I of course accept the full amount of the return.  What bothers me is why I needed to pay for shipping to California and not to New Jersey where I received the item from.  I am very sure that the shipping would have been at least half of the 89.00.  Partial refund would be greatly appreciated regarding the return shipping.  Thank  you.

I am rejecting this response because: This complaint was about three shelves.  [redacted] broken shelf $40.17.  Order # [redacted] broken shelf $28.61.  Order # [redacted] incorrect shelf.  They are refunding my money for the third shelf but are still refusing to reimburse me for return shipping $19.64 even though the order was due to their error.

You claim to be THE one and only parts distributer for Samsung, I will not have another piece of you junk inmy home. I request a full refund of my purchase fromApril 16, 2015. I refuse to be pushed around by you or any other company that is supposed to be there to help the consumer.  Being the daughter of a commercial refrigerationrepairman I know compressors are one of the main reason arefrigerator of any kind to go down and not work properly. I am very sorry that the part you order was not processed. I see you place two orders. The first order the credit card company declined the purchase. The second ordered the part became No longer available from the manufacture. I am a Parts distributor. I order parts from Samsung....

In the last 5 years since your TV was made no new boards are available to purchase. The first order when there was one available board was a core return not sellable return.
