I have a question to the response below (see red).  I am looking to receive a refund if they do not have the entire lenses available.  These statements make it look like I will receive a credit at the store.  Could you please confirm that this is for a refund vs a credit.  Thanks in advance!The only way that I would be happy to receive a credit is if they can locate the full lenses that I was trying to order.  After doing more research (still very vague and unsure about the items) Part number [redacted] seems to be the full lens that I was originally trying to purchase.  I would also consider parts [redacted] and [redacted] which also seem to be full lenses.  If they are unable to offer complete functioning lenses then I would like to receive a refund and not a store credit.    Dear [redacted], Here is the return number to send back the parts for credit for parts only. I am rejecting this response because: the business owner has not addressed the consequences of his negligence. He continues to say that he only handles parts, not service. But if he negligently provides the wrong part, which, when installed, causes damage that must be repaired, he should be liable for those repair costs. I have a written statement from the repairman that it was the incorrect part. The business owner'should own customer service  rep looked up the correct part number and admitted I was provided with the wrong part. J&J needs to be responsible for the costs incurred due to third negligence.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business refuses to take responsibility for the error they made that required service on my machine. I appreciate their allowing me to return the incorrect part that they sent me, but due to their error, I also had to call a repairman to fix my machine. The business acknowleged via phone that they sent me the incorrect part. I am only asking that they pay for the costs I incurred due to their negligence.

Dear [redacted],I am a parts distributor I sell [redacted] parts. I do not compensate for damages to TV due to the screws that were installed. The depth of the holes have stops. When they bottom out that is a far as you can screw them. If the screws were to long . I would have taking them back...

as a return. Installation of parts is not something I warranty only the parts. You can send back the parts for a full refund. I can only refund your entire purchase price of the parts and shipping and handling. I am rejecting this response because  J&J's customer service representative assured me the shelf he was recommending was for the refrigerator.  I asked him more than once if he was sure.  What I received was a freezer shelf.  J&J made the mistake you should reimburse me for return shipping $19.64
